Why gay marriage will NEVER be legalized in the USA…

This post maybe a little controversial, but I need to get the facts out and tell the truth. It really is amazing to me how people are misinformed with politics and religion, all that stuff. I’m going to keep the comments closed on this post, ’cause I don’t feel like debating with the equality supporters. All they’re going to do is act like assholes, calling me a hateful bigot or a homophobe, and all that stuff, when I’m neither of those things. I respect gay people, just not marriage. That is not hating. That’s being an American. We all have the right to believe in traditional marriage, of course, when we do, people will defend gay marriage, no matter what we say or think. It’s a tough debate to win, and I find it unfair that we are not allowed to believe in traditional marriage when we should have that right as well.

When it comes to gay marriage debates, there’s a few arguments that the gay marriage equality supporters are trying to win on. 1st they all claim that, gay marriage bans violates the separation church and state. They claim that marriage has nothing to do with religion and politics. They believe that marriage should be separate away from religion and politics, they think that’s what “separation church and state” is for. Secondly, they believe that gay marriage is a constitutional right.  They claim that the “14th Amendment” doesn’t protect gay marriage.

Here is how I’m about to explain why the marriage equality supporters are wrong on both accounts:

The intention of “Separation Church and State”, was that it was to help protect the church from the state.  It was to help give the church, freedom of religion. That was the main idea for “Separation Church and State”. It’s no where near in the constitution in which the marriage equality supporters claim, and here’s the source explaining what “Separation Church and State” is really about, here. They would not legalize same sex marriage in the USA, ’cause if they did, that would take away the churches rights and their beliefs. It would put a large damage in their, “freedom of religion”.

About the 14th Amendment, people believe that Amendment gives gays the freedom to marry ’cause they think it means, “all men are created equal”, but where in there does it say it? The reason for the 14th Amendment was that it was to help abolish slavery and to earn slave men US citizenship. No where in that Amendment, where it gives the right for same sex marriage.

14th Amendment: 

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.


Where in there does it say being, sexual orientation wise? I think the point of the 14th Amendment was to help make slaves be treated as equal as every Americans. That phrase, “All Men Created Equal” is in, the Declaration of Independence.

No where in the Constitution gives the right for gays to marry, so that means they are out. Even the state Government shouldn’t have the right to legalize same sex marriage ’cause they are disrespecting traditional marriage and the Constitution as well. The state government and the U.S governments can legalize same sex marriage all they way to, the fact is, traditional marriage will always be an institution, between a man and a woman. You can’t re-create that, no matter how you think you can control or change the laws.

As for how same sex marriage is going to affect me, and other children?

When you claim that same sex marriage will not have any affect on you. You know, that’s a lie. It will have an affect on everyone and everything in general. It might have an impact on taxes, jobs, benefits, it might hurt the economy a little, it could affect you psychologically, mentally, and it will do nothing but promote homosexuality to a wider scale. As long as you’re trying to legalize same sex marriage, why don’t we try legalizing getting married to animals. Can you see yourself marrying your dog, cat, or even a friggin’ elephant? What about going as far as legalizing the rights to marrying children? See how same sex marriage can be risky? Just think about it a few minutes. It could create weird behaviors with people, children may not be comfortable with it. When children see two people of the same sex getting married, they’re gonna be curious about it, and it will be tough for heterosexual parents to explain to them about homosexuality.

Would you want both sides of your families being full of gay married couples either lesbians or gay men, raising children? How would that make you feel? Same sex marriage can drive children into weird behaviors. They’ll want to experiment with homosexuality themselves as they get older. Yes, it is possible children still can be straight when being raised by homosexual parents, but it’s pretty unlikely. How are they going to be taught the risk of HIV and AIDS, and all that stuff? Ya know?

If you don’t care about traditional marriage at all, then that just proves how selfish you really are. You already disrespected the traditional part of things, and it’s amazing to me how many people out there, don’t even care. Yes. I understand that two people of the same genders can love each other all they want to, it’s just that marriage was never created for them. Man and woman was created on Earth for a reason. Yes, I’m pretty sure gay couples have it what it takes to live a long lasting and healthy relationship in a marriage, no doubt about that. Marriage wasn’t created for them.

It’s great to see that people have heart toward the gay folks. I do too. I respect ’em. No hate here. You just have to be realistic with yourselves. Everybody’s jumping the equality supporting bandwagon ’cause they want to feel good about themselves and feel special. They feel they are doing a good thing by supporting marriage equality like all the others, and they want to fit in with the crowd. I don’t need to be like that.

The US Government may have seen that DOMA/Prop 8 were unconstitutional, but that still doesn’t mean it’s a definite possibility for marriage equality. It’s still going to be a long and difficult road, getting it legalized. Therefor, I don’t see it happening. Ever. This has possibly got to be the longest post I’ve ever written, sorry about that, but I just had to get it off me. This is my last post about gay marriage for now, until something new happens.
