This article came up with a great plan to keep your belly flat and keep those six pack you have. If you never want to get fat again, stay away from calories/fatty foods, and eat these most every week…

Look like I’ll be adding those foods listed in the article above to my grocery shopping list, next time I go.

I’ve been eating more healthier foods more often now. Staying away from junk food and eating more high proteins/low carb stuff.

For snacks, I also eat those healthy protein bars and protein shakes as well. I’ve cut back on soda, and now mostly drinking water/fat free milk. I’m changing my diet plan. It’s important when getting into fitness and all that. You don’t have to eat right while working out if you don’t want to but it is reccomended if you want to be fit and muscular for the rest of your life.

  1. Kev, are you going to be posting pics of your body transformation? “They” say that diet is 95% of the deal with getting buff and fit. Someone that should read this article is Ralph Renna. This guy has really let himself go. He’s ENORMOUS, well over 300 pounds at this point. I’m worried “The Mayor of Troy-Core” might keel over onstage with one of his heavy (no pun intended), tight bands that he fronts. Those aggro cookie monster vocals gotta be taxing when you’re carrying that much weight around.

    1. Yeah, I plan to start posting pics of me shirtless soon, maybe at the end of the summer when I start to get improvements. I think I have an ok start right now, the pecs of my chest is starting to show and I think the abs are coming in too. My biceps of my arms are getting a little bigger as well.

      I also plan videoblog myself working out at the gym. I don’t need someone else to carry the camera around the gym for me, when I can just simply bring the tripod to set the camera on to, then I can just let the camera film me on an exercise machine by itself. Only thing though, I can’t travel on a bike with the camera tripod since it’s too big. I’ll figure out a plan.

      Yeah, I want to prove to my readers that this is no joke and I’m not making this up. I vow to get fit, and to stay fit for the rest of my life. It’s not only to have a sexy body and to look good half naked…the main reason I’m doing this is, I want to prove people I can be a strong and physical person. People seeing me as weak and small is embarrasing to me, when I get a bigger and tougher body, maybe people will change their opinion on me then. I’m doing this for myself pretty much, to keep myself busy and for something to do. I love working out and fitness so much, it’s like a new drug.

      Sly Stallone is an inspiration for that of course, he was the one that grew me into it.
