The more people notices me working out, the more addictive bodybuilding becomes!!

These days everywhere I go, more people have been complimenting the looks of my body recently. People that I know, especially friends and family members, notice that I’ve been working out even if I’ve never told everyone else yet. People can tell I’ve been working out and hitting the weights just by one quick look at me.

This is inspiring. The more people notice it, the more it makes me want to keep doing bodybuilding the rest of my life.

It’s amazing how bodybuilding changes your life. It really does. The more muscle you get, and the more built up you’ve become, the more people will give you respect and people will talk to you more. It helps you become more social and more confident talking with people in the real world.

When will I start posting pics of my half naked body, showing off my physique? I’m planning on it, maybe later this year when I go on vacation ’cause I’m planning a vacation trip to Cape Cod sometime in Sept.

I’m not those muscle model guys you see in the pin up calendars or the Calvin Klein commercials…yet…but I’m working my way up there…trying and doing the best I can.

I just want a fit bod, something that I’ve dreamed of my whole life…I figure this is the right time to make it come true.

  1. Brock, where are the progress photos? The WHOLE WORLD has been wanting to see these for god knows how long now? 3 Months? They can be either with you posing with your shirt off or wearing a tight t-shirt at the mall or something. THROW US A BONE!

I AM RANDY POFFO AND I HAVE SPOKEN!

    1. They’re coming. I’m just waiting for improvements to get a little bigger. Like I said, I’m not like those perfect looking male models you see in the advertisements if that’s what some of you are expecting to see of me. I’m never going to be perfect like that but I do want the huge arms, big chest pecs, six pack abs, etc. I’m going for everything. Every body part. It’ll probably take another year or longer to get the look that I want. I’ll never be no Arnold or Flex Wheeler, I don’t want to be that big…but big enough to get the ladies to check me out.
