There’s another new rock band of today that’s been catching my attention as of late. A new band called, Phoenix. I’m sure you may have heard of them. They’ve performed on late night talk shows like Conan, Letterman, Fallon, etc.
I really dig this song, “1901”, it’s a killer tune. I want this song for my Ipod and will get it soon. Such a rockin’ tune, love it.

Are they local? I only wonder because they must stil be local cuz that video is sorta boring. I don’t blame them if they’re a local band and don’t have any money yet but if they are national band and already famous then they shoud spend more money when they make a video.
Hey I saw that the local band “Ten Year Vamp” might be breaking up. Maybe not but I swear their singer was in a local commercial for a window company. Maybe she has a new career doing modeling and commercials. You know about the music business more than me so I really don’t know how that works. If she’d press them big honkers against a window she’d probably sell a lot more I bet! LOLZ!!
No, Phoenix is not a local band, they are a famous band, a signed band that is just breaking out in the industry. They are a band from France, definitely not local at all.
As for “Ten Year Vamp” breaking up, I never heard about that, but I’ll look into it. If it’s true that the band is calling it quits, good fucking riddance.
