I’m very happy with my guitar and amp purchase. They are definitely a keeper. If I didn’t like any one of them, I would have definitely sent them back to trade something different. I won’t, because I’m proud of my Ibanez Hollow Body and Fender amp. Both sound amazing.

I will focus on writing some guitar rock songs and will focus  on improving my lead guitar soloing. Learning more scales and sounding more musical. The only scale I know how to play is the minor pentatonic scale that almost every guitarist out there should know, but am going to look into studying more scales, arpeggios, modes, and focus a lot on ear training so I can get better at improvising. Building my guitar chops to a greater level.

I also learn a lot from Guitar World magazine which is my favorite mag that I subscribe to. Guitar World is more aimed at electric guitar players.

I’ll start playing and jamming with other musicians at some point ’cause that also helps you improve and get better. I’ll even want to form my own rock band at some point down the road when I’m ready. If I were to form a band, I would do a three piece, just guitar, bass, and drums. I want to do all guitar work in the band. I won’t form a band now, but somewhere down the road whenever I get used to the electric guitar.
