Ok, here we go, after doing a little research on the pricing of BeachBody and P90x. Here is the info:
Both Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer and the P90x, cost $39.95. Subtotal is $79.90, yes, there is shipping&handling too, folks, that costs, $29.90. So that rings up a total of $109.80.
And I’ve also looked up that getting started into this TeamBeachBody coaching thing, costs another $39.99. Once you finish those programs, you’re going to want to get into more that Beach Body owns: Tony Horton’s “One On One”, “Insanity”, “Body Gospel”, etc. which will all cost more. That’s what they want, that’s all they want to do is take more money off of ya.
Yes, there is “Money Back Gauruntee”, but doing research on that, they keep the Shipping and Handling when they send the refund, which is $29.90. Does that spell another ripoff? There is a big YES, right there. Their Shipping&Handling is way high.
My gym membership is $39 a month and it’s way cheaper than all this.
To get a jacked body: It requires dedication, learning and keeping up the hard work. You don’t need to go through all this. Do exercises in good form, with proper resting and proper eating, you’ll be able to reach your goals. What is proper eating? That means eating healthy most of the time. High protein, low carb diets throughout the day with 5-6 small meals a day. You have to get used to eating the same things all the time and have to get used to eating healthy food that taste like cardboard. I’m also willing to bet that BeachBody doesn’t give you a real meal plan, they want healthy food to taste good when healthy food isn’t supposed to taste good. You have to deal with eating eggs every morning, eat chicken breasts, fish, fruits, vegetables, etc. Getting six pack abs and lowering bodyfat is made in the kitchen, not in the gym. You have to eat to lose the fat. Doing lots of cardio and too much ab workouts is the same as overtraining.
This guy, has a lot to learn.
