Ab exercises are pointless and a waste of time…

I used to do a lot of ab exercises like crunches, floor bicycles, planks, etc., but ab exercises are not really needed at all for your workout routine. The way I look at ab workouts, they don’t really do anything to your abs. You’re not gonna get a six pack by wasting a lot of time doing ab workouts. You get that sexy washboard just by not eating a lot and doing plenty of cardio. That’s it.

You keep your calorie intake as low as possible. Stay away from high sugars and fatty foods. Do plenty of cardio from 20-30 minutes a day whether it will be walking, running, biking, or even swimming… you’ll get a six pack successfully in a short time.

I don’t eat a lot of meals throughout the day. Just 3 or 4 meals a day is all I need. I don’t really need to do the 6 meals a day thing. Just do whatever feels right for you. You don’t have to follow anyone else’s rules in fitness, just do your own thing, how you want to.

I keep my healthy nutrition simple, nothing too complicated. I just eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, meats, and a lot of fish. I eat plenty of protein from real food and eat healthy carbs (not simple carbs). Then I’ll eat whatever I want on the weekends only, junk food and everything.

I don’t rely on supplements and protein powders anymore like I used to.

I still got ways to go in fitness. Still trying to find ways to beef up my chest some more. I do want bigger chest pecs and doing the best I can. I still get good feedback on my fitness everywhere I go, people say to me in person that I’m looking more massive every time, so I feel that I’m doing a good job by myself with no personal trainer.

Just eat clean, work out hard, and do plenty of cardio. Those three things is how you get the body you always wanted. I still got a lot to learn and work to do. Not bad for someone who has been doing this for a little over three years. This is only the beginning. Just wait ’til you see what I’m going to look like in the next several years. I’ll be even more massive and ripped then, I’m sure.
