Last night, I watched a pretty cool documentary on Netflix, “After Porn Ends”, which gets deep into the lives of former porn stars. The porn industry have always been controversial and it’s not for everyone, and this documentary wants to give people insight on what porn stars lives are like when they aren’t working anymore. This documentary has interviews with some of the biggest porn stars of all time which includes: Houston, Nina Hartley, Mary Carey, Asia Carrera, etc. The documentary has all the legendary male porn stars too.

It was a pretty interesting and insightful documentary! Everyone wants to know what their lives are like when they are done with porn. Are their lives good when retired? Yes and no. It all depends. Basically, the only reason that these people get into porn, ’cause they were desperate for money. A lot of these people couldn’t get jobs else where and they figure that the only way to improve their lives is to get into porn. Before they got into adult film, their lives were hard. They basically had nothing. Sometimes their lives are good after porn. Some went on to better careers and raised a family, and all that good stuff. Sometimes their porn past wasn’t good. Some of them admit that their past will come back to haunt them and some admit they regret their careers. Their family members can also be uncomfortable with their porn past, as well.

They also explain how getting into the porn industry, can also mess up your life. Yes, in porn, there is a lot of partying, drugs, and alcohol, all that stuff.

Over the years, people wonder what happened to these porn stars when they are retired but in reality, they are just real people like all of us.  They have good homes, good families, like we all do. Some porn stars weren’t happy about their porn past and some were very proud of it. It’s a mix.

Yes, I do have an interest in adult porn. I’m not an addict, though, but I’m just like every man out there. I need to have my porn fix, sometimes, too! Porn is pretty cool. I don’t watch too much XXX hardcore stuff, haven’t watched one in a long time, but I do watch the Softcore stuff on HBOZ and the Showtime channels. I also like to buy adult magazines at times too. I don’t get into porn on the internet anymore as much as I used to ’cause I’m worried about spyware and other virus’s, so I just look for porn else where. A lot of people are afraid to admit that they enjoy porn, but I’m not afraid to be open about it. Why hide it, ya know? It shows you have the balls to be confident.

This was one of the best documentaries, I’ve seen on Netflix. Check it out.
