If you’re a musician who gets off on bullying me online, then you’re not a musician…

I have some  musicians out there who are like this. Musicians who think it’s fun to bully me around online and they think it’s okay. If you’re that type of musician, then you’re not a musician. You’re an amateur at best. A hobbyist. If you think you’re so big and successful with your music then what are you doing? Shouldn’t these guys be worrying about themselves and their own music? A real musician wouldn’t have time to waste like this. They would be working on their music on a full time basis. Making their records, working on their marketing, touring/playing their gigs (not just gigging a few times a week, all the time) and all that stuff.

It’s just not a professional thing to do. To criticize others they don’t like when they should be doing better things with their time. They shouldn’t be wasting their time reading blogs. They should keep their focus on their own music.

I don’t want these guys focusing on me. I want them to be doing what they’re doing. If they think they’re so big and successful, then they wouldn’t be online harassing others they don’t like.

I used to do that in the past but not anymore. I regretted criticizing other musicians using their full names and all. I stopped doing that years ago. I still do criticize the local music scene and musicians but I learned that it’s a good idea to leave names off of them. That’s still okay to do.

They think it’s okay for them to do these things and they aren’t apologetic for it either. You will never get apologies from these guys ever. It doesn’t work that way around here. Why? Because they can be self-centered and ego-driven like that. It’s not you, it’s just them showing they’re true colors. They are not great musicians like they appear to be.

Like I said before, I don’t have to change a thing for anybody. If these so-called musicians don’t like me… then fuck each and everyone of ’em. I don’t give a two-shits. They can call me all kinds of names and harass me all they want to… I will always be the same guy.

On my blog, I may write about myself a lot sure but that’s what a blog is for. A blog is an opportunity to write about yourself. Express yourself however you want to. Whatever’s on your mind, don’t be afraid to get it all out. No matter what topic it is. It’s your own freedom of speech. A blog is your own private area. You don’t have to be babysat by admins in other forums and group sites. You have your own control and freedom.

There’s a lot of misinformation out there in the world of musicians that they think I’m always a negative and hateful person. Not true at all. It’s all bullshit from the very beginning. I am actually a very positive and friendly guy. If you take a look at my movie reviews, music stuff and the entertainment industry… I can have positive opinions and thoughts on a lot of stuff. I’m not always negative. Anybody that thinks I am is an idiot. I have also said a lot of positive and happy thoughts about my life that I’m planning on improving myself by trying to be more successful with women, get out more, be more outgoing, etc. I have also gotten into fitness and bodybuilding to improve myself. Sure enough all that positive stuff is not making others proud. They always have to hate, hate, hate. It’s all envy and jealousy, nothing more. Nothing less.

I am also a supporter of local music… I’m not always hating on it. There are local musicians and bands that I greatly support around here.

The thing about being a musician is, you want to be yourself and not worry about what others think of you. It’s a professional thing for a musician to do is to be himself/herself. Ignore everyone’s opinions about you and keep living life the way you want to. You don’t have to be how they want to be. Fuck ’em all, man. Haters are gonna hate. You’re cool.
