Walking in NYC Street for 10 hours Street Harassment thoughts…

This NYC street harassment video have gone viral and I’m sure you’re wondering my thoughts on it. I watched this video a couple of times. It was quite amazing really.

This video is about a beautiful woman walking the streets of NYC for 10 hours and she walks around silently. She tries her best not to react to guys “catcalling” her as she walks by. The video labeled it “street harassment” but after watching the video a couple of times, I didn’t see any “harassment” by men as she walks by.

From what I’ve seen most of the men were very friendly to her. Most of the comments she got from guys were “Hi, how are you”, “Smile”, and “Have a nice day”. That stuff is harassment? Wow. *shrugs shoulders*

If she were to get harassing comments, she would have gotten stuff like: “Hey sexy”, “Nice ass” or “Wanna fuck?”. She didn’t get any of that stuff did she? No.

Sure, a few guys in that video were pretty creepy to her like walking next to her and not saying anything but that’s about it.

I thought most of the guys talking to her as she walked by were very kind and polite to her. I know this woman was paid by HollaBack to do this to help bring awareness to “Street Harassment” but this is pretty stupid and a waste of time.

On top of that, women do the same thing to men. When a woman sees an an attractive and hot guy that she’s attracted to, you should hear all the comments that she gives them. I see this stuff all the time.

In my opinion, there’s nothing wrong with giving women nice compliments and telling her, “Hi how are you.” They love that kind of attention anyway.

Hollaback is just trying to do whatever it takes to get more attention and so people can donate money to them, that’s all they’re doing. Nothing to see here people, move along.

  1. In case you did not know you can go to Eric Claptons website or facebook page and find a new song by Clapton about Jack Bruce, I heard about it today on the radio.

    1. Who cares. This new awareness and movement thing is just lame and dumb. The people behind Hollaback just desperate to make more money. There are more important charities to send your money to like help to fight cancer, stop cyberbullying, support wounded warriors, and things like that.

This Hollaback garbage is nothing. If you feel that you’re being harassed in the streets, just ignore it and go about your day.

      1. A few of you claimed that I’m clueless and dumb about women when it comes to street harassment? Well if you read some of the comments in that video I just posted even a lot of women in youtube called that video bullshit and agreed that there were no harassment on it. If you read the women’s comments on that video they even agreed that most of the men were pretty nice to her.

In reality, most beautiful women are all for guys approaching them to talk to them and they usually respond. If you take that video seriously, then you are the most naive person that I’ve ever seen. Makes you wonder why I don’t allow a certain few of you to post.
