Liam Neeson, another gun-control loving liberal-hypocrite… nothing new here…

I don’t understand Hollywood. There are too many action stars who are totally anti-gun, yet, they star in a bunch of movies with them holding guns. Anti-gun stars such as George Clooney, Sean Penn, Sly Stallone, Arnold, Kevin Bacon and the list goes on.

Now you can add Liam Neeson to the growing anti-gun hypocrite list.

These guys are totally against guns yet they get paid millions to star in movies holding guns and running around with them???

All these actors maybe talented people but if they are against guns, then they shouldn’t star in movies with guns. Yes, I know real-life and fiction are separate but still it makes them look like hypocrites.

Jim Carrey may have been on the anti-gun bandwagon but at least he had the balls to apologize to gun owners in America. At least Jim Carrey never starred in movies with guns. Jim Carrey maybe 100% anti-gun but at least he doesn’t make himself look like a hypocrite. I haven’t seen a single movie with Carrey with a gun in his hand from what I remember, correct me if I’m wrong. So Jim still gets my respect, I guess.

  1. There was a pretty big shoot-em-up scene in the Mask and in Liam’s defense he is an actor, he pretends to be something or somebody he is not. Thats his trade. I do however agree to a point, if someone is anti gun they should probably seek roles that do not involve guns. However his movies have probably spurred some gun sales…LOL Great post.

    1. The shootout scene in “The Mask” was a balloon gun. The balloon gun looks animated anyway so it wasn’t a real gun. That’s probably why Carrey agreed to do the scene.

So technically that movie doesn’t really count.

      1. You are correct Jim was not holding a real gun but the bad guys were and he was OK with that. I will always remember how he crapped on the memory of Heston without a second thought and only came back and apologized because of the backlash his idiotic video caused him. Like many liberals they say and do bad things because they can. right or wrong carry little weight in liberalville.
