Before I got into fitness, I was eating too much junk food. I was eating too many junk food snacks at night, a lot of fast food, and I drank quite a lot of soda everyday. I thought to myself, gee, what the hell am I doing? If America’s problem is obesity, then this is the people’s problem, eating too much junk food. I didn’t want to become a fat ass. So that’s another reason I got into fitness. To eat less, eat healthier and get fit. Eating less helps if you want to lose more bodyfat percentage and get more visible abs.
I feel great, eating better and eating less. I only eat two or three times a day. I don’t need to take in so much protein. I mix things up with high protein foods, high carbs, fruits/vegetables, etc. I recently discovered flaxseed oil, picked up a bottle of that at the store today. Flaxseed oil is an important part of the diet, that helps burn more bodyfat too.
