Thomas Jane, an actor who is most well known for movie roles like “The Punisher” and “Stephen King’s The Mist” was just busted for DUI under the influence of alcohol. He was driving very fast and failed a number of breathalizer tests. He just completed directing a film titled “The Dark Country”.
Arraignment is scheduled April 9th.

Don’t worry, he won’t get jail time. He’ll probably get put on community service, rehab, and maybe some probation, but he definitely won’t get jail. I just know it.

Speaking of DUI… I’m not mentioning names, but a prominent local music person is now doing hard time in prison for multiple offenses, and it’s someone you hate. I’m guessing that you don’t know about it because you would have been all over it.
I’ll figure it out who it is though, it’ll probably get printed in the local newspapers with a brief story in the crime news section. I’m looking on the Post Star and Times Union websites to see if any names look familiar to me.
