So the jury convicts Jack Jordan guilty today after the verdict was read.

Do I feel ashamed of myself for defending him? No. Not at all. I’m not afraid of having an honest opinion on something that no one else would discuss. I don’t have to have the same opinion as everyone else does.
He has another court date coming June 2nd, so he may have another chance to prove his innocence.
If jail is what he deserves, fine, that still doesn’t mean he did it. Innocent people do get convicted.
Everyone deserves the right to an opinion on whether he’s innocent or guilty.

Like I said, everyone deserves a right to an opinion on any criminal case. That is not a crime isn’t it? No. I defended him ’cause I thought he was just a guy in love with a famous movie star, but turns out guilty, I guess. That’s what the deal is, whether he is a stalker or just an innocent guy in love. Maybe he does deserve jail ’cause you never know what he could do to Uma. He could turn out to be a dangerous woman beater or a rapist, never know. Like the Associated Press reports, Jack Jordan got his ass kicked in jail by other inmates so his jail buddies weren’t happy toward his actions to Uma also.

I think what this needs is a female perspective. Personally, a day without sexual harassment in the workplace for me is like a day without sunshine. It’s not like this guy sent letters or threatened to kill himself if she didn’t go out with him. He’s just a nice guy with a crush. He’d never violate TOS for instance.
However, I could see him being guilty if he were black…
Elle Murfudd, I am happy that I’m not the only one who thinks he is innocent. 🙂 Like I said, it’s all about celebrity power and money with Uma Thurman, her being desperate to put him in jail and she got what she wanted because of her fame. But I totally agree with your post though, excellent post!
