I, Brock, will be taking an entire day off of blogging tomorrow ’cause why? I’m going to an all day long trip to NYC tomorrow. I’ll be leaving to NYC early in the morning, probably like around 5 in the morning. And then coming back home real late at night probably. I’m just going with family members and we’re going on a bus, we’re not driving ourselves there.
I’m bringing my digital camera to the trip with me to take pics and I’ll post ’em in the blog the next day. If I run into famous celebrities in public in NYC, I’ll do my best to ask them if they want to pose in a pic with me if I recognize someone if I’m lucky enough.
I don’t go to NYC a lot. In fact, I haven’t been there that much. I probably been to NYC like once or twice in my life. One time is when I was a young child, the first time I went to NYC is when I first met Henry “The Fonz” Winkler in person, yes, I really did meet the man in person a long time ago. I was on my way out of a NYC store and bumped right into Henry Winkler on the way out the door. Family members been telling me about it, I’m having a hard time remembering meeting Henry Winkler but it’s starting to come back to me. I can’t remember if he signed an autograph for me or not, I was too young of a child back then to remember anything.
2nd time I went to NYC is back in my 8th grade High School Field Trip. I won’t be doing Christmas shopping tomorrow in NYC, I’ll probably just do shopping for myself. I usually do my Christmas shopping a few weeks before Christmas.
Tomorrow is going to be a blast, I’ll tell all about it, the next day.

Kev, be careful down there. Violent criminals scope out people that look like tourists travelling in large groups. They are professionals down there and can see an upstater from a mile away. the trick criminals HATE us good regular non-Welsh people to know is… always keep your cash in your underwear near your pecker. Keep your wallet in your pocket like normal but dont have anything in it. They’ll pick pocket it and wont know YOU fooled THEM until they open it up in the alley. I always put a note in my empty wallet “HA! fooled you stupid mugger!”, just in case.
The best thing to do to look like you belong is to walk with a cool, hip guy walk like Freddie “Boom Boom” Washington. Then people wont mess around with you. Maybe wear a baseball hat cocked to the side a little. If you have any Fubu t shirts or jackets, DEFINITELY WEAR IT.
It’s also good to bring a little protection. If you have a licensed gun, a screw driver, bowie knife or at least some mace. The criminals outnumber the cops down there buy quite a bit. It’s good to go prepared and when, err… IF something happens you can dish out a little vigilante justice. Good luck, and have fun down there.

Yep, we’ll be going to Times Square indeed. I’m sure everything’s going to be fine. My family goes to NYC like this once every year and they have no problems. I’ll always be keeping an eye out for myself and I can take care of myself, so I don’t think there’s anything to worry about getting mugged or getting harrassed by hookers/prostitutes.
I’ve been to San Diego and that is similar to NYC, everything was fine and good.
I’m not going to NYC to go to bars or strip clubs or get laid with hookers or nothing like that, I’m just going to do shopping, eat at some restaurants there, and do some sight seeing.
I might check out Chinatown too.
