If you’re a fan of such TV channels as MTV, Vh1, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, etc., you may not be able to watch them on New Year’s Day. Reasons being, that Viacom is dropping those channels and they might go dark for a while this coming Thursday. Viacom is in negotiations with Time Warner Cable to hand over the popular channels to them instead.

NICK needs to stay on TWC-my 4 yr old loves Dora and the other cartoons that are on this channel during the day when she has her TV time. Some of the programs on NICK for children her age are educational adn they dont need to be removed.
