Summer is over and fall is here. New progress pic. I see a chest improvement, starting to round out the way I want it. I’ve been hitting the declines and inclines dumbbell presses which is what’s helping it. The abs are really showing now. There’s still a little bit of lower belly flab which I’m trying to get worked on, but as long as I have a 4 pack, I’m getting leaner.
Yep, I know what I’m doing. 🙂
