So I was just browsing through the Netflix website to see what Marilyn movies they have for streamable, and surprisingly, Netflix streams pretty much most of her films. Some of them are not for streamable, some are for rent only. Instead of collecting her movies on DVD, I think I’ll watch them all through Netflix streaming and DVD rentals.
I really need to watch Marilyn’s movies ’cause you are not a true movie buff if you haven’t watched any of her films. I really need to catch up with the classics.
Netflix has a pretty large library in their DVD collection. You want something, they have it. They have rare films that no one has ever heard about and indie films too. This is why I love Netflix and I’m sticking with them. I think they’re DVD service is great.
Back to Marilyn, I only watched two of her films that DVD boxset that I bought. I haven’t caught up with all of them yet. The last one I watched was, “Let’s Make Love”, which is one I didn’t care for, it only had like one good scene in that film.
I’m not interested in seeing that Michelle Williams movie, “My Week With Marilyn” which is coming out in theaters soon. I hate it when celebrities try to portray Marilyn, none of them look good as Marilyn anyway. The only celebrity that came pretty close to perfection as Marilyn was obviously, Anna Nicole Smith. Anna Nicole made a great Marilyn back in her day, but other than that, nobody else can copy her. That goes for Lindsay Lohan as well.
I might watch another Marilyn movie this weekend, not tonight though.
