Fitness topic…

I haven’t posted a fitness topic in a long while, so I figure I post one now. I had to take a full week off of fitness ’cause I came down with a bad cold this week. Coughing like hell, runny nose and all that stuff. Felt like shit for a few days. You don’t ever want to workout with a bad cold. I plan on going back to my fitness routine tomorrow ’cause I’m feeling a lot better. I still have the runny nose, but no more coughing. I haven’t had a full week off of bodybuilding in a long while. I went through pretty much the whole summer working out non stop, 3 days a week, and doing plenty of cardio (either jogging, walking or biking is my preferred cardio). The best time to take a full week off of fitness is either when you’re sick or you’re on vacation.

For the past couple of weeks now, I’ve been experimenting with something a little different with my set of reps. Instead of doing the boring 3 sets to 12 reps for each workout. I decided to move on up to 3 sets to 20 reps, when doing moderate heavy lifting, hoping to get even more gains and it kind of works a little bit. I just want to change around the sets and reps routine some.

I was going to start my workout routine today, but the show I went to last night, made me tired, didn’t get home til past 3 and only had 3 hours of sleep last night. I’m still doing the fitness thing, and will never give it up. My second passion behind music.
