A lot of people seems to be confused on what, “transparency” is. What it really means and people don’t understand, how transparency in politics is important. When Donald Trump started doing this, people thought what he was doing was bad, when in reality, it was a good and positive thing he was doing. Trump was never threatening, and he didn’t accuse Obama of anything. He wasn’t bashing or hating. He just wanted Obama to be more transparent. Whether he was born in the USA or not, he should have been more transparent by showing his records publicly. As you can see, Obama chooses not to. He continues to be least transparent to this day, like he has always been.
So what does “transparency” in politics really mean? Straight from the wikipedia:
“In politics, transparency is used as a means of holding public officials accountable and fighting corruption. When a government’s meetings are open to the press and the public, its budgets may be reviewed by anyone, and its laws and decisions are open to discussion, it is seen as transparent, and there is less opportunity for the authorities to abuse the system for their own interests.”
My explanation as a way to show you that I understand what it really means.
It means that a politician needs to be more open and honest. Make private documents and information public, releasing budgets, private meetings, etc. to the public. A politician must not keep things secretive. That way the public can get a clear understanding of who a politician is and if they see that they are legit, that are capable of doing their jobs. Making sure they are real. An open government.
Most presidents and other candidates from the past have been transparent. They were willing to show private things publicly. Maybe not college transcripts and passports, but other presidents and candidates have been transparent on most things. Obama, however, is a different story. Not only that Obama wasn’t transparent on his college records and passports. His actual birthplace. He has been least transparent on many other things. 1) Obamacare 2) Fast & Furious 3) The White House vistors log 4) Protection for whistleblowers 5) His connection with Bill Ayers, need I go on? Do a research on Obama’s transparency record and you would see, it’s pretty long. He promised us years ago that he would be transparent, but is he? Hell freaking, NO!
This is why Donald Trump, called him out. It wasn’t really about whether or not Obama was born from Kenya or the USA. He just wanted Obama to be more “open” aka, “Transparent”. Obama continues to be least transparent like he promised. You see why Donald Trump, did what he did? Or are you all going to get out of your way and call him a selfish egomaniac, asshole. He just wanted Obama to be more transparent, for a good cause. Yet, Obama has chosen to ignore Trump.
I fail to see what Trump was doing was a bad thing? Look at reality people, and get informed. It might do you some good.

The wiki definition is speaking of transparency as it applies to the daily operations of government-meetings, budgets, laws, etc…
You are failing to make a distinction between public and private life. You want to release items of his private life. It’s not going to happen.
Transparency is not a requirement. And lack of transparency is not against the law. Obama is not being any less transparent than those who came before him.
Prove me wrong. I’ll even make it easy for you. Pick ten Presidents. Any 10, and show me their passport applications, their birth certificates AND their college transcripts. ALL of these documents, since these are the documents Trump is demanding from Obama. Pick 10. Any 10. Go ahead. I dare you to prove me wrong. I challenge you to prove me wrong.

It’s not against the law and it’s not a requirement. It’s a choice whether they want to be transparent or not, true, but it’s still pretty important, if you want to be taken seriously as President. If you don’t be transparent, then people are not going to trust you.
Whether Obama chooses not to make these things public, the truth will come out on it’s own anyway. Someone will get a hold of those documents or worse steal them and leak them all over the internet for all to see.

As for Obamacare, you can download the enrie bill and read it yourself. All 2000 plus pages. Had the birthers put as much fervor into fighting this one, it in all likelihood would have never passed. Too many people distracted by BO’s BC. (classify this under “I told you so”).
It’s likely BO didn’t know about F&F until after the fact. Still-names of undercover agents need to be protected.
Same as whistle blowers. A little too much transparency there, don’t you think? If people can’t be protected, they won’t want to come forward to expose the corruption and wrong-doing.
I don’t recall see the WH visitor logs from any other President. Perhaps you can add to Challenge of 10.
I’ll admit that no other president have released these things except, I have discovered that George W. Bush’s transcripts were released but some journalist published those without his permission.
While college transcripts may not show much on it, just what classes they are in and what grades they get, but the reason everyone is dying to see the transcripts is ’cause it might show that Obama was a “foreign exchange student”, which is going to destroy him pretty hard if he released it. I don’t think it’s against the law to release college records, though. Not sure. It’s kind of like a report card.

The last two are books I highly suggest you read. These people are all the real political experts. They all (except maybe Zakaria) want Obama gone. A lot of truth is exposed here.
But you will see almost nothing at all on the BC issue. And that is because they know it is a non-issue. The sooner you can accept that and move on, the better off you will be. These people are exposing Obama for who and what he truly is. And that is his political agenda. Don’t be fooled or distracted by the BC issue.
The more time that is spent on the BC issue is less time that is spent on the very real issue of him advancing his agenda.
You will never sway his supporters, or any undecided or middle of the road people with the BC issue. They just don’t care. His agenda is what needs to be exposed. And there is very tangible evidence of what he is doing. But it needs to be brought to light and out from under the shadows of the BC and college transcripts bs.
