Due to the assistant deputy coroner losing her position because she wasn’t a registered lawyer, this has forced Amy Winehouse’s death probe to be re-opened. In the original report, was said that Amy’s cause of death was alcohol poisoning. So they made it final, that it was a “death by misadventure”. Look like they couldn’t trust the original source, which is why it has been re-opened. Amy’s family, fans, and friends, deserve some real answers on how she died, so I don’t see how this could be disrespectful to them.
I’m looking forward to seeing if the next death results will be any different. If they still stay the same that she died of alcohol poisoning, that’s okay, people make mistakes. There are still hopes that she may have died pretty healthy, though. Maybe they’ll discover that she had no alcohol in her system at all? It’s already been proven that illegal drugs wasn’t responsible.
It is still a shame that Amy is gone. I don’t care what the haters say, I’m a fan. Loved her! It’s a real shame her career was cut short. She definitely could have had a long lasting career and become even bigger of a star. Yep, I was pretty devastated when she died. She was great.

Nothing will change. The new “registered” official will just read the old findings and sign off them with the same conclusions. It’s not like they have any new evidence. I mean, what else are they going to do? Dig up a decomposed corpse?
It is possible to investigate a person’s death even when the body’s already buried or cremated. Coroners know how to do these things more than us. It has been done many many times before.

They’re called test results, dude. Toxicology reports, that kind of stuff. That’s how they investigate this stuff even when they don’t have the body. They’ve done this before with Whitney Houston, Tony Scott, Michael Jackson, etc. Even real people like us.

Well if they can look back, maybe this time they will find evidence of drugs.
No shit, sherlock. And that is exactly what they will do with Whinehouse. They will look at all the evidence they already have, which is all they are ever going to have, and they will draw the same conclusions.
The blood and whatever other remains they have now are the same as they were before. Nothing new. Nothing more. Nothing less. If they found alcohol last time, they will find it this time. If they didn’t find drugs last time, they won’t find drugs this time.
It’s just a matter of semantics. The person that performed the tests the first time just wasn’t registered as a lawyer. That does not take away from her medical skills at all.

We’ll just have to wait and see, they dropped this woman ’cause she was an un-registered lawyer, so I can see why they wouldn’t trust her source after that. It could be a completely false death report, just somebody out there to look for her 15 minutes of fame. The results could stay the same. Amy could have drugs in her instead, or she could have died pretty clean. You just never know. You can’t trust someone’s source when someone wasn’t an official lawyer. I can’t blame them for re-opening the case. You can’t jump to conclusions and blame drugs & alcohol on everything.

You may not care, but she still has family out there that does. They’ve been trying to get real answers ever since she passed. They re-opened the case, so they can make sure the original report is correct. We’ll wait to see how it goes.

I have been paying attention and have seen what he posts. I’ve seen every exchange between the two of you. If you think what he posts is bashing, then you need a bit thicker skin. Yes, people could be nicer, but that’s not going to happen. But if you just cut off debate the second it seems to get a little heated, then you’re honestly no better. Yes, it’s your site, but come on, be the bigger person. Don’t let small snipes get to you. Roll with the punches and be a gentleman, and you’ll go a lot further. I have yet to see you really deal with someone disagreeing with you. You basically tell them they don’t know what they’re talking about, even if they bring up good factual information that completely disintegrate any point you tried to make, get all huffy, then close the comments.
People do disagree with me here, all the time. Look around. When I disagree with them, and point out their mistakes, then they get all huffy, and end up resorting to name calling and personal attacks. That’s why I close comments ’cause the attacks won’t stop and they get a bit too far sometimes. In every site on the internet, whether social networking pages, blogs or youtube, they all have privacy controls for a reason. That way you can have complete control on what stays and what goes. Everybody who has their own site, controls their page how they please. Just like how I control my page how I please. If other people want to kick me out of forums or block me in facebook, that was their call. Just like I have the right to moderate my own blog as long as I run it. A lot of places online like to moderate their sites to keep it civilized: facebook, forums or blogs. I like to treat my sites the same way. I get too many haters and trolls everywhere, and I don’t need people like that in my life.
