Latest bodybuilding pose, twitter exclusive…

I think I’m getting some improvements. The chest seems to be getting better results. I’ve been staying away from dumbbells and benching for the chest workouts, I’ve been doing all kinds of push ups, and the push ups is kind of helping, I think. That’s for you to judge.

I don’t post these photos online for attention or to jerk myself off with,  I post ’em to get feedback. I can’t tell how good my physique look, so I let other people tell me whether it’s good or not. I like what I see, though. That’s a natural look. It’s real. Not photo shopped. No steroids. No supplements. No pro hormones. It’s all just clean eating and hard work.

Check out the photo, here.

Do the ladies think I look hot, yet? LOL, kidding but ya never know, though!

    1. I respect that opinion, but it’s at a good start, though. Having a big chest, doesn’t happen over night. It’ll take another several years for me to get big pecs, but I think that’s an okay built. I’m about to post this photo in my facebook soon, to see what kind of feedback I get there.

      1. …but at least, I can prove that you can get big with a natural feel. I think everything else in the upper body looks fine, but I do agree that the chest needs more work. I’ll figure something out. Maybe I should go back to the weights and start lifting heavier.

      2. In all honesty though, my whole body needs more work. I’m always going to the gym to improve everything all the time. Maybe I’m having chest growth problems ’cause of my genetics? I don’t know. Could be possible. I know a guy that does Strongman training in Greenwich, and I’m thinking about having him help me out.

      3. I just took a look at my older progress pics when I first started, and there IS a slight improvement. I’ll do a before and after photo, to show you what I mean. It won’t take 4 years to get monster pecs, but it slowly improves each year. It has gotten slowly bigger, I’ll prove my point in a little while.

      4. Probably genetics….I have the same problem. Might be a good idea to start another approach and maybe start really boosting your calories and protein for a long while.

      5. That’s another idea too. I’ll admit I’m not the best at nutrition. I do eat mostly clean however, I still have a lot of learning to do on that as well, but taking in more calories and protein is a good idea, though. I’ll consider it.

As for push ups, I still can’t do a 100 straight push ups yet. The most I can do without stopping is 50, but I don’t do pushups daily, though. Only like once or twice a week.
