Sad news to report today that Academy award winning actor, Philip Seymour Hoffman, was found dead in his Manhatten apartment in NYC due to a drug overdose.

This is a sad one ’cause Philip Seymoure Hoffman was very talented. I’ve seen so many movies he was in. I don’t think I’ve ever seen, “Capote”, though… the one he won an award for. I have seen many other roles he was in, though like “The Big Lebowski”, “Almost Famous”, “Punch Drunk Love”, “”Mission Impossible III”, “Moneyball”, “The Master”, and of course, the two Hunger Games movies.

Now that he’s gone, I wonder what’s the fate of the next two Hunger Games movies, “Mocking Jay 1 &2”??? He has a major role in the Hunger Games movies. Not sure how much he filmed for those movies so I’m sure we’ll hear something soon. He may have to get replaced for the Plutarch Heavensbee role.

This is sad and shocking. Drugs & money is a huge problem in Hollywood. It’s getting out of hand for sure.

RIP Philip. He was young too. 😦
