This video gone viral is just two guys on the cello doing their rendition of Ac/Dc’s “Thunderstruck”. This video is so impressive and I was blown away. I had goosebumps throughout the whole video. These guys shred on the cellos!
When you play strings instruments such as cello, violin, viola, etc. people mistakenly believe you have to play classical music only on them. Not always. You can play any type of music on any kind of instrument. Play rock or metal doesn’t always have to be on guitar.
I was pretty impressed with this video and had a smile on my face watching this. I hope Brian, Angus, and Malcolm saw this.

You should check out the Vitamin String Quartet on Spotify/Youtube/iTunes/whatever…they’re a classical string quartet who cover tons of modern songs. Very enjoyable.
Another group that plays metal songs with strings is a group called Apocalyptica, they’re a Metallica tribute band with 4 guys on cellos performing Metallica songs. I’m sure you’ve already heard of them, though.
