Yeah, these boxing videos already getting some positive feedback. When I say I hit the heavy bag pretty hard, I wasn’t making it up.
I don’t have a heavy bag of my own but I plan to buy one soon so I can practice at home everyday.

My dad filled an old military duffel bag with old towels, clothes, etc. and wrapped some duct tape around it. Boom, instant heavy bag.
