Country star Brad Paisley is planning to go back into the studio again to do an album and has gone “instrumental”. Brad wants to show off his guitar skills more than the pop songwriting. The instrumental disc will include 15 tracks and Brad jams along with other famous guitarists as special guests such as B.B. King, Keith Urban, Vince Gill, James Burton and the late Buck Owens. There are only four tracks with lead vocals which B.B. King sings on a track and Keith Urban as well.
Buck Owens instrumental “Come On In” was an unfinished track until his death in 2006 but Brad Paisley himself finished the track for him and will put it on the record. Brad does a tribute to Les Paul who is the legendary founder and creator of the Gibson Les Paul guitars in the track “Les Is More” which Brad jams with 7 legendary guitarists in an all star superjam.
The 15 track album is due out in stores Nov. 4th.

It’s about damn time Paisley did an instrumental album!!!! He is an incredible guitar player and I’m looking forward to hearing what he can do on the axe other than his typical songwriting skills for radio. I’m definitely picking this up when it hits the shelves!
