Um, aren’t these guys a little too old to be calling themselves, the Beach Boys??? They should be called, the Beach Dudes instead, lol. The original members of the Beach Boys confirmed this week, they will go on a 50 date world tour and release a new album with new songs, in celebration of their 50th Anniversary.
While the Beach Boys continued to release new music over the years, they haven’t toured together in over 40 years. Their new album would be the 28th studio album since 1992’s, “Summer in Paradise”, but that album didn’t have Brian Wilson in the lineup. Now Brian is back with the band officially.
The Beach Boys haven’t released their full tour listings yet, but their first show will be at the Fairgrounds Racecourse in New Orleans, L.A., on 4/27/12.
