Ellen Degeneres is the first gay celebrity to announce marriage, now here is the second. Star Trek’s George Takei who played Sulu announced he is getting married with his longtime male lover Brad Altman, they plan to get hitched in the summer.

“Yay!” probably. None of them (as far as I know) are bigots – certainly I’ve never heard that any of them are bigoted enough to be unhappy that a man gets to marry the love of his life.
