I’m betting my money it is Paul Bearer.
It can’t be Vince because of his storyline accident and it can’t be The Undertaker ’cause storywise he was banned from WWE due to losing a match against Edge.
If it indeed is Paul Bearer, then it would be fantastic to see him in WWE again after a very long hiatus.

Well Paul Bearer is to return to WWE well that would be good but would he return as the face manager for Undertaker or the heel manager of Kane there are rumors that Undertaker is to be moved to Raw and will turn heel this could be a good time for Paul Bearer to return to manage a heel Brothers Of Distruction or maybe even reform Ministry Of Darkness with Undertaker Kane Edge Bradshaw and Ron Simmons maybe even bring Gangrel back as well would be awesome and would give Taker a fresh gimmick as the Lord Of Darkness maybe even involve Kane going back to his old 1997 attire with the mask.
And Paul Bearer is not Undertaker’s father he is Kane’s father Undertaker and Kane share the same mother and different fathers Paul worked for Undertaker’s father as a aprentice at the family funeral home Paul had a breef affair with Undertaker’s mother witch resulted in Kane,Kane was brought up by Undertaker’s father untill his death it was revealed in 1998 that Paul Bearer was the biological father of Kane revealing the fact that Undertaker’s mother was unfatefull to his father
