This commercial here pretty much proves that Mick Foley has officially signed a contract with TNA wrestling since leaving WWE.

Mick Foley will appear on TNA Impact this Thursday night as the Cactus Jack persona. Foley will not be an announcer on TNA. It looks to me Foley will be a full time wrestler on TNA bringing back Cactus Jack.
