Report: Yo Yo Ma quartet at the Obama inauguration admits to faking performance!!!

Oh my!!! What isn’t fake in this world! Pretty much everything if I must say. You think that rap artists, pop stars, and even rock bands fake their talent, by fake playing their instruments and lip synching? Now you can add classical composers to that list.

Yo Yo Ma’s quartet admits to faking their performance at the Barack Obama inauguration, they use the “freezing cold” as an excuse.

They sure are lying when they say something about the “freezing cold” to make a silly excuse, it’s just a cover up that they know they can’t play for shit. They couldn’t pass up the big opportunity to perform in Washington D.C. to be part of history. It isn’t history when you’re faking something.

Yet another reason to call the Obama Inauguration a complete joke.

  1. I remember when this sort of stuff was frowned upon (Milli Vanilli). Now it’s commonplace. At least we know U2 wasn’t faking it, they sounded like shit! To be fair, whilst Bono sounded bad, the unsung hero of the band (Adam Clayton) was holding his one note bass lines down solid. He and Larry Mullen Jr. comprise one of the best rhythm sections of any multiplatinum band ever! Top three IMO (in my opinion): Led Zep, Black Sabbath, and U2 for rhythm sections. I also like how Adam Clayton always has an expression on his face like he just had a particularly satisfying bowel movement.
