Ok, I found another video of the incident in youtube. Here’s a different angle of it. This video clearly shows what really went down, Jericho is mad at the security, he’s fighting with them, not at the fans.

When Jericho was pounding on a security gaurd, a young girl ran over to him, jumped on his back, trying to stop him from beating up security gaurds. She’s only trying to help him, so he wouldn’t get himself in trouble. If you see in this video the fans are actually trying to calm Jericho down, but Jericho keeps getting violent at the security.
