“The Karate Kid” remake that stars Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith has hit the internets, the trailer that is. Like I predicted, the film looks like a pile of shit. I love Jackie Chan. He’s one of my favorite action stars but sometimes he can pick some bad roles…. and this is one of them. Why, Jackie, Why? This movie looks horrible and I won’t be seeing it at all. Not even on DVD. Maybe I will wait to see it when it hits HBO on the small screen. Put Jaden in a bodybag, bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahaha….

First of all, this is b.s. They ruinned a great classic.
Mr.Miyagi isn’t a “chink” from china– everyone knows that he is a chink from Okinawa which is pretty much like the Japanese chinks.
They aren’t even teaching that spoiled little future criminal (it’s in their nature): it’s “wing chin” or “kung fu.” So the whole premise of the title is WRONG.
China kung fu sucks unless you’re Bruce Lee. All that “Hidden Tiger” wire work in the movies is fake. At least I could believe in Ralph MAcchio because that s*it was real. You don’t mess with them Okinawan chinks. They will kick Cobra Kai’s butt.
This movie should be cancelled and never seen by the public.
Of course, we all know who likes karate movies the best… which is why movies aren’t shown before noon. They haven’t gotten out of bed yet.
I am with you–I am boycoting all Jackie Chans and Will Smith and also his wife’s movies.
