I love how people think they are talking “fact” when it comes to impeaching a president. Many think it will never happen to him. I’d say never say never!!!!
The impeachment process has always been debatable. A lot of speculating and different opinions of how it goes. I just think a lot of people are misinformed with it. They are confused by the meaning of, “high crimes and misdemeanors”. That doesn’t mean that a president will get impeached for a serious crime like many mistakenly think. They can get impeached for something big and serious, absolutely but they can also get impeached over something really small like Obama’s recess appointments for example. If a president violates the oath of office and disobey the Constitution, it would count as an impeachable offense… doesn’t matter how small it is.
We can look at the impeachment of Andrew Johnson as a perfect example. The reason he got impeached ’cause there was a law called, “Tenure of Office Act” which prohibits the president of firing key department heads without the approval of Congress but he went ahead and did it anyway. Removing him from office was unsuccessful of course ’cause he was acquitted by the Senate later.
An impeachment is something political, it doesn’t always have to be something criminal. Andrew Johnson firing key department heads without Congressional approval is something similar to a president setting recess appointments at a time when he wasn’t suppose to. So the impeachment of Andrew Johnson is proof that Obama can get impeached over the recess appointments. Don’t listen to Pauper or any of those lunatics who claim he can’t.
An impeachment is not just an accusation either. It’s a punishment. If a president does something bad, he gets punished for it.
I’m not listening to anybody’s ignorant opinions out there. That’s all they are. Opinions. Like I said, “never say never”. I still say it’s a possibility. We’ll just have to wait and see.
I personally believe that the reason people believe that an Obama impeachment will never happen ’cause they are scared of what may come out of it. Why be afraid of Obama impeachment? That’s what America needs right now. He really needs to go. It doesn’t matter how much time he has left.
He’s like a “catch me if you can” president and that’s the game he’s playing with us. Obama needs to be impeached for everything he’s done to America and on top of that, he needs to be impeached ’cause he’s not a US citizen to begin with. If you still think his birth certificates are real and authentic, you’re delusional. I’m still not buying it.
You guys gotta stop believing in Obama’s lies. It’s amazing how you guys for his bullshit and what they say about him in the media. He’s a liar and you can’t trust this man every second he opens his mouth. You can tell he’s lying ’cause his lips moves all the time and he gets nervous when he speaks.

Why would you want him impeached now? The Senate is 55 Democrats to 45 Republicans. Not only do you not have the 2/3 Republican majority, the Democrats are the majority.

A lot of people mistakenly believes that just because Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton weren’t removed from office, they believe the same thing will happen to Barack. Not always true. A future president can be successful at being removed from office. There can always be a first time.
Yeah, we all know that Democrats will always have a hard-on for Barack so they will never get him out. If the Republicans can win their Senate back in November, then a Obama removal will be successful. There is still time.
We just have to wait and see. There is still hope. I pray the Republicans will get the Senate back ’cause that would be amazing.

That’s just it. Without a Republican senate, there’s just no way to oust Obama.
And the Republicans don’t have to just win the senate, they have to win TWO THIRDS of the seats. That’s way too many seats between now and November. They’re already down by five seats, and best case scenario I’ve seen is maybe they get four, and that’s if they’re lucky. To get twenty two seats to get a sixty seven seat senate majority by November is out of the question. There’s just not enough of a swing vote to get that many seats.
You also have to remember, only thirty three or thirty four senate seats are up for election/re-election November, not all one hundred. So factoring in about fifteen or so are die-hard Democrat, to get the twenty two seats is not happening.
Pretty much Obama is good until his term ends. Maybe afterward, but not by 2016.
This isn’t opinion, by the way. This is the way the math works out. A big Republican win to get a senate majority is fantasy.
Yes, it’s very possible that Republicans CAN win their Senate back. I believe it can happen just like I believe an Obama removal from office can happen.
It’s interesting how people don’t think it’ll happen when the Constitution gave clear instructions on impeachment. It can happen to any president. Doesn’t matter who it is.
