Standing calf raise on Hack Squat machine. 100 lbs., 4 sets and 10 reps.

Admittedly, I could do a little better job on the dumbbell incline presses but not too bad. I’ll do much better on them next time, though.

Enjoy these.

I love working out. It’s my 2nd passion behind music. Definitely gonna stick with it 4 days a week.
