I’m getting fed up with the politically correct crowd myself, the PC police have gotten much worse!

This is one reason why Donald Trump is getting a lot more support and why a lot more people are starting to respect him more ’cause he fights back at the PC crowd and not afraid of doing it. People who get offended easily are nothing to me. I’m offended at people being offended. When people disagree with you or feel offended at something you say, they’ll argue with you and won’t stop until they get you to agree with them. They’ll try to get you to change your opinion and thoughts.

The liberal party has become the most intolerant party and now the right has become intolerant lately.

Freedom of expression is just about dead. This is why I’ve got to stick to my guns. When I make an opinion and thought, I stick to it. I don’t change no matter what anybody says. With that being said, I don’t cave in to the PC crowd. I don’t give a shit what anyone says, I’ll speak my mind on anything I want to and don’t care if people don’t like me for it.

I don’t do this anti-Obama stuff to be a hero and don’t do it for more attention or anything… I do it ’cause I’m a patriot and love my country that I live in and would do anything to defend it even if it means hating on our so-called president.

There are too many people these days who stay on the left-wing side only and that’s what is pissing me off. To me it don’t matter anymore. I’m not on one side at all anymore ’cause as some of you have seen lately, I’ve been bashing the GOP a lot lately too. If both parties suck, both will get called out. Some people will blindly follow everything the mainstream media tells them and the left will have the same opinion as the mainstream media. You shouldn’t do that you see, what you need to do is learn to think outside of the box and have your own opinion. Have you noticed over the years, I don’t follow the media and express my own opinions? The media is just as opinionated and all they do is tell their own side of the story.

Examples of the media telling their own side of the story: The media claims Barack and Hillary had nothing to do with Benghazi, claims no conspiracy. Media claims Obama’s birth certificate is authentic. Media thinks Islam has nothing to do with terrorism. Media claims Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and Freddie Gray were innocent kids who didn’t deserve what they got and blame it on racism.

You get the point now. The PC police is getting bad these days. People call me “controversial”, “outspoken” and “offensive” but I don’t see how. Just a guy trying to keep it real. People want me to change my tone and they’ve been trying to tell me for years to tone it down but I’m never going to. I don’t have to change who I am. Never did and won’t.

Hmmm, Apple won’t let me sync Apple Music albums to my Ipod Touch…

Today, I tried syncing a few albums I wanted to check out to my old Ipod Touch but it won’t let me. It will only let me sync albums I bought from the Itunes store but they won’t let you sync albums downloaded from Apple Music. Ah well, if I want to listen to Apple Music on the go, I’m gonna have to buy a recent edition of the Ipod Touch, the latest version so I can get Apple Music on it. I read somewhere you can get Apple Music on the Ipod Touch but only the newer versions.

So I should probably get the Ipod Touch 5th Generation and I could get a 32 GB player for $250 which isn’t bad.

Maybe next time I win the jackpot at the Bingo games, I’ll definitely buy one then. Yeah, I’ve been going to Bingo games on a weekly basis for a while now hoping to win some extra cash. I did win the jackpot once before and hoping to win it again. I did win a couple of Bingo games. I go to Bingo ’cause it’s fun and something to do, ya know? I just hope to win some extra cash for myself. When I win the jackpot again, I’ll buy myself a new Ipod touch. Bingo is tough but you win out of luck, it’s kind of like the lottery.

I think it’s time for a new Ipod Touch ’cause honestly, I don’t like the one I have now ’cause it’s an older edition, the 4th edition.

More on Apple Music…

Well, as some of you know, I’ve been listening to Apple Music a lot lately. Apple does give you the full three month free trial as promised ’cause I just found out when my free trial ends. My free trial ends on Oct. 3 ’cause I looked it up in the subscriptions menu on my Ipad.

While Apple Music is great, my only gripe with the service is that when you stream albums online, it’ll eat up your gigabytes on your hard drive. When you stream an album, it’ll take away 1 gb. I’ve noticed it has eaten up a little bit on my PC and my Ipad. So if you subscribe to Apple Music and don’t want your gb’s to get all eaten up, I would recommend you listen to the album offline. Download the album from the Icloud and listen to the album. Just remember to “Remove album download” after you get done listening so you can get your gb back. It’s just like any other streaming service, though. I’m sure Spotify and Tidal does the same thing.

I do love Apple Music though… I’ve got to listen to every studio album by Joe Satriani, Joe Bonamassa, the Black Sabbath Ozzy era, Blur and Beth Hart. I’ve also been listening to Janet Jackson a lot… listened to 4 of her albums this week including her 1993 album, “Janet” and “Rhythm Nation 1814”. When I was in high school, I used to be a huge fan of Janet Jackson. Used to own her albums and used to listen to her all the time so I decided to give “Janet” and “Rhythm Nation” a listen again and I enjoy them still. Yeah, I dig both Michael and Janet… always had.

As I type this, I’m listening to Dream Theater’s “Falling Into Infinity”.

Apple Music is really good stuff… just make sure you have a big enough space if you wanna stream albums. Just listen to albums offline like I said. It’s better that way. My trial ends Oct. 3 so I have plenty of time to think about whether I wanna keep it or not and probably will.

If you wanna be happy, stay out of drama… stay out of all of it…

Drama is everywhere you look. It’s hard to escape from. People can be such drama queens for sure. That’s another part of why I left facebook ’cause people can be too dramatic and negative. Too crazy. If you wanna be happy and be the best you can be, best thing to do is avoid drama queens like the plague. I’ve been avoiding them a lot lately. If people wanna give me drama, I just quickly ignore it and brush ’em right off. Drama is not my thing, ya know?

I could care less if other people aren’t getting along with each other and having public feuds. I could care less who said this and who said what. I don’t care who started what. I don’t care about gossip either. A lot of people will also be like, “I don’t like this person and I don’t like that person”. People gossip a bit way too much and facebook is proof of that. You see women fight with each other all the time. Women fight and argue with men all the time too. Don’t bring me into any of that stuff ’cause I’m not interested. I don’t care who cheated on who and I don’t care if a guy got a girl pregnant. Those are the kind of stuff I don’t wanna hear and get myself into. The world is becoming like those day time soap operas you see on TV… I think people watch too much of that and too much reality shows.

This is why I don’t care to make a bunch of friends with other people, ya know? I don’t need a whole bunch of friends. I’m even fine with not having any ’cause the more friends you get, the more drama and soap opera stuff you’ll get. All I need is a few true good friends to keep me company and somebody to talk to.

I don’t care about other people’s drama and you shouldn’t either. If you want to be the best life you can be, best thing to do is screw everyone else and just be yourself. Live life the way you want to and not care about anybody. All I wanna do is play my guitar, workout in the gym and do my usual hobbies like watching movies, listening to music, read books, etc. Doing all that stuff is what makes me happy. I don’t need a bunch of friends to make me happy. I’m fine the way I am now.

It is crazy how dramatic people get though… to save ya a headache, just don’t care and let it slide. Just walk away and go about your day. I’m not interested in drama. The only thing I’m interested in talking about are movies, music, bodybuilding and politics. If you wanna talk to me about any of those topics, I’ll be talking nonstop.

Just wanted to post a little something different and give you a life advice tip.

Learning how to sing better, can you do it? Of course you can!

Not only that I’m trying to improve my guitar playing skills, I’m also trying to improve my singing. Anyone can learn how to sing better even if you think you can’t. I prefer to be a self-taught singer ’cause I don’t wanna get anyone else’s style, ya know? Because if you work with another vocal coach, you could end up sounding like them instead of yourself.

To learn how to sing better, vocal exercises is key to get better. Do vocal exercises everyday and your voice will get better that way. To get vocal exercises there are all kinds of vocal instruction DVDs, books, apps, etc. I work with a couple of things: Metal Method’s “Vocal Power” and I also have “The Art of Screaming” app by Susan Carr. Both work great and they have improved my voice greatly.

I’m doing all I can to become a powerful singer and have more range.  When you want to become a better singer, you gotta have the head voice. Try to get all that sound out from your voice like a human amplifier. You want the inside of your mouth to feel that buzzing sensation, feel your head vibrate. When you get that, you got it. You gotta feel light-headed when you sing. Drink warm water or a hot cup of green tea… nothing cold.

Some of you would know that my vocals have improved over the years ’cause I’ve been doing a lot of practicing on that and still am practicing. Trying all I can to become a decent singer as well.

When I first started, I was shit admittedly. Used to get nervous and scared as hell at singing but not anymore, though. I listen back to my past songs and realized that I should really improve my singing. Have some more range and more power.

My goal is to hit the high notes and learn how to scream. I wanna learn how to hit the high notes and learn how to scream so I can make my songs more intense. I’m working on that too.

I sing ’cause I love doing it. I used to think that you shouldn’t worry about whether you have a good voice or not but I’m starting to disagree. I’m now trying to improve my singing the best I can and you can too.

The truth is, you can work with all these vocal instruction courses all you want to but another key to get better at singing is listening to your favorite singers. For example, some of my favorite singers are Robert Plant, David Bowie, James Hetfield, Geoff Tate of Queensryche and James Labrie of Dream Theater.

Anybody can become a great vocalist. I feel I’ve gotten way better on my singing but still have a lot to learn and have way more to go, though. I wanna sing in a rock band someday which is one reason why I’m trying to improve.

Video: ET Williams, “Magic Mike proves women are hypocrites”…

Another great video by ET Williams that I totally agree with.

Isn’t it kind of funny how women knock men for lusting over women for looking sexy but you see women lusting over muscular men all the time? Women have been doing this for years long before “Magic Mike” came out. I agree with E.T. on one thing that “Magic Mike” partly proves that women are hypocrites over this… actually “50 Shades of Grey’ proved that women are hypocrites. Ya know? Women knock guys for watching porn and looking at naked women and all that stuff but when “50 Shades of Grey” came out… women were all over it… lusting over Christian Grey. So us guys can’t lust over hot women but they can lust over men? Women accuse guys of being perverts all the time but women can be perverts as well, they’re just better at hiding it, ya know? You see women in facebook re-sharing shirtless pics of muscular guys but they yell at us for re-sharing a photo of a hot woman in bikini.

All this proves that women out there can be very “sexual” and when things like “50 Shades of Grey” and “Magic Mike” come out, they’re really showing to the whole world how sexual they can be… driving men all crazy. There’s definitely a double-standard here as well.

Album purchases from Itunes today…

Well today, I just purchased 5 albums from the Itunes store… this time I got:

  • Al Di Meola “Elysium” – I just got the new album by Al Di Meola that he just put out. I listened to it in Spotify already and it’s really good. The album was a little over priced ($15.99) but I had to get it. Such a great album. I think it’s his best yet.
  • Grateful Dead “Shakedown Street” and “Wake of the Flood” – I’ve seen that Itunes brought the prices down on all the Grateful Dead albums for $6.99. Probably part of the reason is to help celebrate the final Dead concerts and to celebrate their 50th anniversary. So I got two Dead albums. I love the Grateful Dead and wanna start getting more of their music.
  • Joe Satriani “Flying In a Blue Dream” – Another album from the Satch. Trying to collect all of his albums too.
  • Opeth ” Deliverance” – Since I’ve been listening to Opeth a lot on Spotify, I just had to get an album of theirs so I have one of my own so I picked “Deliverance” which is my favorite album I’ve heard of theirs so far. All of their music is great, though. Gonna start collecting their music ’cause I’m impressed by this band. My new addiction.

Also, I just successfully subscribed to the 3 free month trial of Apple Music. I’m gonna try that out to see if I like it or not. If I like it enough, I might stick with Apple Music instead of Spotify but I’ll make a decision soon. I’ll write an honest review of Apple Music soon.

Electric rock guitar, I think I definitely wanna focus on that more…

Earlier this afternoon, I was playing my electric guitar most of the day. Had it kind of cranked up and messing around with rhythms & leads. I hooked up my electric guitar to the three guitar pedals that I still have. I don’t have a very big guitar pedal collection only a few of them.

The pedals that I have are: The DigiTech Metal Master, Boss Super Over Drive SD-1, and a Boss V-Wah pedal.

I definitely wanna buy more guitar pedals sometime in the future. I used to never agree with guitar pedals that much but after messing around with the virtual pedals in AmpliTube for the Ipad.. that’s when I started to like them. Then I figured I would buy some real guitar pedals sometime in the future.

Sometime I would definitely like to buy a fuzz pedal, an echo pedal, chorus, delay, flanger, etc. I’ll get as much as I can ’cause I’m starting to really like guitar effects. I really would like to start a guitar pedal collection so I can have different sounds when making rock music.

I wanna focus on rock guitar more than acoustic music. I think I’m capable of making badass rock riffs and face-melting solos. I feel I’m a good enough rhythm guitar player and I have a good sense of timing enough but I still need to improve my lead guitar chops which is getting worked on.

I wanna focus on writing hard rock & metal songs, ya know? I’ll never play death metal and black metal stuff even though I love that kind of stuff… I’ll just play regular metal kind of like Black Sabbath and Dream Theater, maybe. I’ll just sing regularly. I remember when I made my 2006 demo CD and most of those songs were written on acoustic but play those songs on the electric guitar, you better get ready to rock. That’s how I hear most of my original songs. I hear most of my originals as rock n’ roll and metal mostly. They were just played on acoustic first but if I play those songs in a full band, they would be pretty exciting to hear. That could explain why most of my songs are pretty tight ’cause I listen to so much rock & metal over the years of my life.

When I get a band and someday I will, I’m gonna rock hard and loud. If you don’t think I can make music that people can bang their head to or mosh to, I’ll prove people wrong.

You see most bands just wanna make music that are hit songs, that people can dance to and make music for the whole family but not with my stuff. I’m about the art and write whatever comes out of me. If I ever get a band one day, not all of my stuff will be loud rock music, I’ll have some ballads too. I like writing slow ballads and I try to do that sometimes.

I wanna make a full band rock album. I could make music that metal heads and rock fans would enjoy. I’m dying to make it happen.

Just started listening to Jethro Tull on Spotify earlier today…

Ya know what? Spotify is actually pretty nice. I’ve already listened to a lot of albums on there. Last week, I listened to all of L7’s albums and finished listening to all the Grateful Dead studio albums.

Today, I started listening to Jethro Tull. I only listened to two albums by them: “Aqualung” and “Crest of a Knave” and both are pretty freakin’ killer albums. LOVED THEM! I’ve always loved Jethro Tull ever since I was a kid. Used to listen to them on vinyl all the time. I never got any of their music on CD, though but I think pretty soon I’m gonna start buying their albums from Itunes. Jethro Tull is one of the greats. Ian Anderson is the shit and one hell of a songwriter and live performer too. Even though Jethro Tull is all done… Ian and Martin Barre have gone solo, though, and Ian’s still performing Tull songs at his solo shows. I love Tull ’cause they are a mixture of hard rock & acoustic music. This is the band where Black Sabbath got their sound from. J. Tull was the inspiration for Sabbath ’cause Tony Iommi played with them for a brief time.

I love listening to a lot of music. It’s part of who I am. I listen to albums. I was never the one who is very selective of what songs I wanna listen to like most people are. I listen to the whole freakin’ album like a piece of art. That’s how albums should be listened to, in my opinion and people definitely stopped listening to albums that way. All people wanna hear these days are hit singles you hear in the top 40 mainstream. Not me. I listen to music. Listen to the album all the way through from start to finish. That’s how you show your love for music and it’s how you support the artist.

Glad I got Spotify back now that you can listen to it for free on the Ipad. Someday I will become a premium member, just not at this time. I’ll just go with the free version for now. There will be advertisements played but I don’t mind… it’s just like listening to the FM radio.

Video: How to stop caring what other people think of you…

This isn’t a dating advice video but this is a good advice video on life. There’s some good points in this video on “How to Stop Caring What Other People Think Of You”.

Ya know, getting haters and getting people criticizing you all the time isn’t a bad thing at all. As some of you know, I’ve always had a problem with negative people getting all over me for years and I can’t figure out why that is. After watching this video, I kind of figured it out now. Maybe it’s because I’m getting so much negative criticism toward me is ’cause people know I’m living my life big? I agree with this guy that if you’re not getting enough people criticizing you, then you’re not living big enough at all. If you’re not getting haters, then there is something wrong there.

Sometimes I ask myself, what do people get so mad at me for? Maybe it’s because of my music, bodybuilding physique, my blog… maybe a combination of all three? If you’re pissing people off, then there’s gotta be something good about you that they don’t have. They shit on you out of jealousy and envy, ya know?

I used to be upset at people criticizing me and hating on me but it don’t bother me anymore. I just ignore it all and don’t care what people have to say about me anymore. Just live your life the way you want to. Do whatever makes you happy. I not only get critics just on the internet… I get people criticizing me to my face in person as well but… I don’t care. I am who I am. Fuck everyone and just be you. That’s all there is to it.
