Over the years in my site, you would see my constant support to Sarah Palin. She is a hero to me. Yes, I said it. A “hero”. An “inspiration”. I love her. I continue to stay loyal to her and be a supporter/fan. Why is this? Is she beautiful? Why yes of course, but there are more important reasons why she’s my hero. Here’s a couple of reasons: 1) She stays true to the constitution. If something is not constitutional in the government world, she’ll call it out. You don’t see many politicians staying true to the constitution, right? 2) She’s honest, smart, and intelligent. 3) She’s not afraid to speak her mind on things and not giving a rats ass what the public thinks of what she says. 4) She stays true to being “country first”. 5) She’s good at defending herself from the media and critics. 6) She’s a great Mom and a family woman, I think another reason people hate her is how she raises her family. She has a huge family and raises them all well. Everybody knows how great of a mother she is so the public attacks her out of jealousy.
I can keep going with the list. If she runs for President in 2012, you can betcha she’ll get my vote. She had my vote when I voted for her and McCain for the last President run, she’ll have my vote again.
I just think people are hating on her way too much when there are other important things to worry about. Why hate on her so much when everyone should be hating on the Arizona shooter, Jared Lee Loughner instead? That’s okay though, keep the Sarah Palin hate going. You’re just continuing to make her an even more powerful politician. Think about it, a while.

Once again, Sarah Palin, former governor of Alaska is under another backlash over the new video she posted in facebook today. She responded to the Tucson, Arizona shooting and defended herself from being blamed for the attacks. She was being blamed because she posted the crosshairs map on her facebook page and it had Gabrielle Giffords name on it. Sarah is being blamed of the shooting because of that.
When she posted her video today, she went and said this:
“Especially within hours of a tragedy unfolding, journalists and pundits should not manufacture a blood libel that serves only to incite the very hatred and violence they purport to condemn. That is reprehensible.”
The term “blood libel” has created an outrage by the public online. I can understand why since it has something to do with Jews and ritual murder, but I honestly think people took Sarah’s comment out of context. People are clearly not understanding of what she is trying to say.
The Harvard Law Professor, Alan Derschowitz, did a great job clearing up of what she’s trying to say beautifully, so thank you Alan.
If you don’t fully understand what, “blood libel” means, then you should keep quiet about it. She’s defending herself from all the accusations she’s getting for the shooting, can you blame her? I can’t. She is after all, a human being like all of us, and she has a family to care for. Nobody likes being accused of these things.
People also accuse her of using the word, “blood libel” incorrectly and people wished she used a better choice of words. Are you people, insane? She’s not stupid. She’s a smart, intelligent and professional woman. So of course, she knows what she’s talking about. I hate it when people online act like she don’t know what she’s talking about. She’s a politician, so of course, she knows. Everything she said in this video, she means well.
If you think about it, the things she says is correct. What she’s saying in this video, is she is blaming the media and critics, for the attacks. “Blood Libel” just might be the right word to describe it. It may be harsh but whatever it takes to get her point across, more power to her.
No matter what anyone thinks about Sarah Palin, she still gets my support. I applaud her for this video, for being open and honest. This is why I admire her so much, she can say whatever she wants, no matter what the public thinks. Like her or not, she’s a powerful political figure and an inspiration.

There’s been a lot of shootings over the years for example: Columbine High School, Virginia Tech, etc. but none of those were as big and famous as the Arizona shooter case. Jared Lee Loughner really opened people’s eyes up about firearms and loaded weapons. Probably law makers are going to make gun purchasing more strict after this crime and gun lovers around the world are upset about it. I agree though, making gun purchasing illegal and more strict would be unconstitutional to the 2nd amendment rights like I said before.
I know there a lot of gun lovers out there. Some people love to collect guns not to commit crime but just to have guns as a personal collection, as a hobby. Some use guns to target practice for fun. Not only that guns can be used for a hobby, they can also be used for protection, and self defense. I know that guns can only be purchased if people have gun permit.
I couldn’t believe facebook today. Most discussions in facebook walls today was about guns, all because of the Arizona shooter got people talking about it.

The internet is blaming Jared Lee Loughner for being mentally ill and insane during the shoot out in Tucson, Arizona. Well to be honest, I think it’s a crock of shit. Never jump to conclusions, people. Was he mentally ill or was he completely sane? My thoughts, I think he was completely sane and he knew what he was doing, 100%. He may have had a past with mental illness, but that doesn’t mean he was mentally ill during the shoot out. I mean if he was insane, he wouldn’t know how to use a gun and he would have been caught immediately, when he was on his way to the Safeway supermarket. If he was insane, he would have been thrown in a mental institution instead of prison.
I’m pretty sure he carefully planned this attack. He was plotting it out for a long time. The thing is, the trial must prove if he was mentally ill, which is going to be difficult to do. They would have to go through psychologists and all that stuff.
Don’t always blame, shootings on mental illness people. Also, in order for him to get life in prison or the death penalty, they need to get all the evidence and proof that he shot all those people. They’ll have a lot to go through to prove what he did. So yeah, you can bet your ass, this is going to be a long trial. There is a way he could get life in prison and not the death penalty. He can even serve 10 – 20 years in prison depending on all the evidence. He could even be acquitted and walk this case a free man, too, if they can’t find enough evidence he did this.
When Denzel Washington says in the movie “Training Day”, “It’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove”. That catchphrase from the movie, is very true in real life as well. I’m not defending this Jared guy, I’m just being real. Jared’s plan for this attack was to assassinate Gabrielle Giffords, which his plan failed, look like she’s going to survive after all.
What he did was terrible yes, I hope he rots in prison one day for what he did, but don’t always say that’s going to happen. Jared had extra help in this crime as the reports say there is another person of interest they are looking for. There is also talks in the media of changing the gun laws after this happened. If they change the gun laws to make guns more strict to purchase, then that would be unconstitutional to the 2nd amendment rights. Us Americans should have the right to buy our own guns for protection of our own lives.

Yes, I’ve been following the Arizona shooter story that happened yesterday. What shocked me the most is that Jared Lee Loughner didn’t kill himself after the murders he committed. Most shootings ends with the gunman shooting themselves in the head. For some reason, Jared let himself live and to be taken into custody. Why? Did he want to see what happened after he did this? Probably.
6 people died, with US Representative Gabrielle Giffords wounded. What’s even more heartbreaking about this story is that this kid gunned down a 9 year old girl and her mother. All this happened during a political meeting called “Congress at Your Corner” at the Safeway supermarket.
The question everyone wants to know is why? I think the obvious answer is, that Jared is upset and pissed off at US politics just like every one else. Considering that Giffords was part of US government, not local, he thought he would do something about the government himself by committing this crime. People may think he’s a normal kid and a good guy, but really? Just because people seem normal doesn’t mean they are a good person. You never know what kind of people they really are. Anybody can do things like this.
Did he do it for fame? Maybe so, but I think there’s a more important reason he did this. He’s another one of those people who are obsessed with politics. I pay attention to politics but I’m not that obsessed with it. If you’re this obsessed with politics then something is wrong with you and that’s a warning sign.
