Actor Patrick Swayze has been spotted at a Lakers/Spurs game today. Patrick decides to catch a break from cancer treatment to go out and have some fun for once. While there, Patrick runs into Idol judge Paula Abdul and greeted her with a hug.

From the photos I’ve seen of Patrick in TMZ above, he is looking good.
