I’ve played a lot more of this game this weekend, and yes, this game is just absolutely insane!! I think it’s the best game I own so far. This new Tomb Raider game stays true to the earlier games but of course there are improvements too. This game is a lot of fun and there’s a lot more challenging puzzles. Like I said, after I beat the game, I’ll write a more detailed review of this game.

I’ve been playing a little bit of “Tomb Raider: Underworld” this evening, and already, I’m very impressed by it. The graphics are beautiful, especially when Lara is swimming underwater in the ocean as it looks so realistic. I’m already loving this game even though I’m just getting into it.
To you video gamers, I’d strongly reccomend this game for you Lara Croft fans. Seriously, you won’t be dissapointed! I’ll write a review of this game, once I beat this one.
I’ve played a lot of Tomb Raider games over the years, and hands down, “Underworld” is the best one.

So I finally beat the third person action/sci fi/adventure/horror game “Dead Space” yesterday afternoon. I must say that I still think this is one of the best game I’ve played in years. I really hope EA is making a sequel to this game ’cause it certainly deserves to continue into a series. They probably will come out with a sequel. Yes, I beat this game in the difficulty/hard level. Took me forever to beat the game but I finally did it.
After that game, I started playing “Resistance 2”, first person shooter, and that game is fun too. “Resistance 2” is kind of similar to “Metal Gear Solid 4” but a little different. So far, “Resistance 2” isn’t that hard of a game although I’m playing in the difficulty level.
When playing action/adventure games like this, I always like to play in the difficulty/hard levels, because you can become a pretty skilled gamer in all video games you play. These kind of games maybe tough and a bitch to get by, but practice makes perfect.
Later this week, I plan on picking up, “Tomb Raider: Underworld” for the PS3. I know “Tomb Raider: Underworld” have been out for quite a while, I just never gotten around to picking it up yet, I love Tomb Raider games so I will definitely pick up the new one.

For a long time now, I’ve always thought about buying the wrestling game “RAW vs. Smackdown for 2009”, but fuck that, I think I’m going to get “Legends of Wrestlemania” instead ’cause in “Legends of Wrestlemania” you get to play all the legends of WWE who wrestled at Wrestlemania over the years. This game is part of the Wrestlemania 25th Anniversary type of thing.
Here are the list of legends that will be in the game:
You pretty much get the deal, all the legends will be in the game. “Legends of Wrestlemania” is due out in stores March 24th of this year. This is a game I definitely plan on picking up.
I grew up watching the old days of wrestling when I was a child and this game will bring back memories to that stuff.
I’m definitely looking forward to this one!

I’m very close to the end of the “Dead Space” video game. I’m in the middle of Chapter 11 now. Just need to finish this Chapter and once I beat Chapter 12, I beat the whole game.
One thing I found out about this game, is that the story and idea of the game was inspired by a 1972 Russian science fiction film titled, “Solyaris”, that was directed by Andrei Tarkovsky. The film was later remade a US version by Steven Soderberg, a US version titled “Solaris” that starred George Clooney. I bet you all didn’t know that “Dead Space” was based on that film. I thought that was a pretty cool insight and interesting.
The game gets way more harder at the end as there are lots more enemies to battle with very low ammunition. It’s getting to the part where it’s getting really hard but I’ll beat it this weekend hopefully.

I finally beat Chapter 9 of the “Dead Space” game, it took me forever to beat Chapter 9 too, it wasn’t easy. Now I’m just starting Chapter 10, the game of course, gets a lot harder toward the end. You get a lot more enemies and monsters. You have low ammo from all the ammo you used for the gun from the previous chapter. That’s the point. The game wants to challenge you as a way to see if you have skill with fighting enemies. I should have this game beat this weekend hopefully. If not, then definitely next week. After I beat this game, I’ll probably move on to “Resistance 2” next.

So I talk about this “Dead Space” video game in the blog a lot and you’ve never seen or heard of the game before? Here’s a couple of clips, and you would see how extremely difficult and challenging this game really is. It takes a lot of practice and hard work to make it easy for you. It takes hard thinking to figure out some of the puzzles too.
Yes, I’m not afraid to say that sometimes when I get stuck on a game and can’t figure out a certain part at all, I’ll start looking up the walkthrough’s through youtube or online guides for a little help, but most of the times I always beat the game myself without any help.
I’ll show you some of the brutal gross out scenes and deaths, gore, and all that. Btw, I’m at the end of Chapter 9. The game is very hard and I’m fuckin’ loving it!!! Almost done with the game.

“Dead Space” is the most challenging and difficult game I’ve ever played. It’s probably the most hardest game to play of the year 2008. That’s the way video games should be, really hard, difficult and challenging.
There are 12 Chapters in the game, and so far, I’m all the way up to Chapter 3 in a mission called “Course Correction”. I’m trying to fight this mini boss, called the brute, which is a giant tentacle that comes up and grabs you, it pulls you down the hallway and you must kill it off to survive. With only 2 line racks of ammo left on the liner gun, it’s impossible to kill this thing so I must of missed something in this level to get more ammo, so I’m going to have to start this game over again today. I’ll just delete the saved game and start all over again.
I don’t mind though ’cause the game is fuckin’ awesome and it’s definitely the best game of the year.

Today I was just trying to sign up for the Playstation 3 internet network so I can play games online with other people. It appears I need an ethernet cable to hook it up with. Of course, it isn’t included in the PS3 system, you have to go to a videogame store and buy one from there. I got paid from my job this week, so I will buy an ethernet cable soon. Instead of going for a cable, I’ll probably get some type wireless system so I don’t have to worry about cables. I really want to play games online for the PS3 with other people, I’m sure it will be more fun that way.
