Billy Ray has probably already done it with Miley, his own daughter. Why else would he allow all this to happen to her without any real remorse or concern. She doesnt even sing for real and she cant really act. She has no business being in the entertainment industry except for her pervert fathers lust for his daughters exhibitionism. This is another truly and genuinely sad entertainment story driving a spike in the closing show business coffin. Ill stick to the musical talents.
