BREAKING NEWS: Obama’s recess appointments ruled unconstitutional!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

For once, Obama finally doesn’t get away with something!!! The Supreme Court finally declared that Obama’s recess appointments is unconstitutional.

I could have sworn that when I first reported this story on here, you guys predictably defended Obama and acted like this wasn’t a big deal and he shouldn’t be punished for something like this. Did you guys even read the Constitution? It even says it right in there that Presidents aren’t allowed to do this.

Hopefully, Obama gets punished for this one. This could be an impeachable offense so we’ll have to wait and see. A president can break the rules even if it’s something like this. You guys once said this wasn’t a big deal? Anything that breaks the constitution is a big deal. Always is.

So finally, I can give y’all a big “I told ya so” on this one!!! 🙂

This piece of garbage don’t care about the Constitution. If this isn’t good enough for you to see that then you need mental help. When he was elected twice, he swore the oath to follow the Constitution and it’s finally been proven he didn’t this time. He could be on his way out.

    1. Thank you. That was the link that I was actually trying to find so I can post it on this blog entry but I couldn’t find it! Last year the Federal court ruled it unconstitutional and now the Supreme Court did.

You guys need to knock it off, though. If a president doesn’t follow the constitution and not faithful to it… shouldn’t matter if it’s once or twice, it’s still an impeachable offense. Simply because he wasn’t faithful to the Constitution when he swore in twice. That’s the president’s job is to be faithful to the Constitution at all times. If he’s caught not being faithful to the Constitution, that should count as an impeachable offense. While he wasn’t faithful to the Constitution over the years, he just haven’t been caught yet and now he has. This could finish him, indeed. Can’t be that hard to understand isn’t it?

      1. Of course, you idiots would never get over it. You always assume that everything Obama does something bad is nothing impeachable. Just admit that you feel sorry for him and you don’t want him to get into trouble.

      2. It happens all the time, Kev. The reason the Supreme Court is there is to interpret constitutionality. Sometimes they rule one way, sometimes another – but this isn’t a criminal or civil case. You seem to have a hard time understanding the distinctions between various court rulings.

      3. Um, I believe you and Pauper are the ones having a hard time understanding the court rulings…

        From the Constitution itself:

The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

Yes it is allowed that Presidents can set recess appointments but there are certain ways to do it. Past presidents have all done the same thing but they’ve done it by the rules of the Constitution so they didn’t get in trouble. Obama; however, didn’t follow the Constitution with this. What you guys can’t seem to understand that there is a strict 10 day window when setting recess appointments. Plus, Congress wasn’t truly on a break when he did it. That’s why he got in trouble for this one.

What part of that can’t you understand? Of course, when it comes to Obama nobody sees that he did a bad thing here. When you’re not faithful to the Constitution, it’s always bad no matter how small it is. Two of the biggest courts (Federal and the Supreme) have ruled this unconstitutional but sure enough, people think he did nothing wrong here.

Everybody wants to bring up what past presidents did. We’ll see what they’re gonna do with him which should be interesting.

      4. Closing this ’cause simply put you guys just won’t stop being assholes.
