Well this was an interesting Q&A session with Sly. That was awesome that he actually answered my question about John Gotti. What is awesome about these Q&A’s that Sly would mention the fan’s name so it can make it look like that Sly is really talking to you

I look forward to seeing “The Expendables” in a few weeks. I’m not interested in “Scott Pilgrim” or “Eat, Pray, Love”. I’m “Expendable” all the way, baby! Can’t WAIT!!!

Report: Sylvester Stallone Q&A with AICN – Day 2

Here’s Day 2 of Sly Stallone answering fan questions. In this one, Sly talks about Frank Miller wanting him to play an aging Batman and surprisingly enough, Sly loves the idea. Even Sly himself might be a huge fan of the Batman character. Sly talks about workout music, what he works out to in the gym, and he admits he does work out to his own music from the Rocky movies. Sly talks what it’s like to work with Woody Allen and Robert Deniro.

And best of all, Sly answers my question about the John Gotti “Dapper Don” movie he is planning with Junior Gotti. Sly explains that the John Gotti project hasn’t even really started yet and they have ways to go to get this project off the ground. So it’s gonna be a LONG LONG while for you to see a John Gotti movie. Like he said, there is already a John Gotti biopic that was made by HBO which stars Armand Assante.

Oh yeah, Sly also says some not friendly stuff about Jean Claude Van Damme. So don’t ever expect Sly and Van Damme to work on a project anytime soon. Sly explains JCVD has a huge ego and that he just wants a high paycheck. Sly still respects Van Damme as an actor though.

Report: Sylvester Stallone does a Q&A over at AICN – Day 1

Sylvester Stallone answers questions with fans over at AICN. In Day 1 Sly talks Bruce Lee, MMA vs. Boxing, Sly said he loves horror films and revealed he would like to make a horror film someday, Sly still has plans to do an Edgar Allan Poe biopic, Sly said he wants to do a Western film someday also…and of course Sly talks Expendables.

More on it here:

I’ve always wanted to see Sly in a horror film and a Western movie too. Maybe he’ll actually do both sometime in the future.

Harry Knowles writes his experience visiting “Expendables” set on AICN…

This is a very interesting read.

Think Dolph Lundgren is a very talkative and confident guy? Not really. Dolph Lundgren, the toughguy legend we all know is actually a very quiet and shy person…Harry explained it all himself…

http://www.aintitcool.com/node/41461

When Harry met Jet Li, all Harry got was a handshake and a smile from Jet, that was it, Jet didn’t talk at all.

So you think meeting famous movie stars in person is a cool thing, don’t get the wrong idea. A lot of times meeting your favorite heros can turn out dissapointing. Some celebs can be rude, have bad attitudes, can be shy/quiet, etc. Some celebs can be very nice, polite, talkative and friendly with their fans. Celebrities are different when meeting people who are not famous.

Anyhow, back to the Expendables, seems like Sly is very committed to pleasing everyone by making an in your face kick ass action flick that we all can love! This is the hardest work that I’ve ever seen Sly doing. It’s amazing! Coming from a man who’s like 62 or 63.
