J.K. Rowling released a new story of the Harry Potter franchise and sure enough, Daniel Raddcliffe is already asked if he’ll ever reprise his role if Warner Bros. have plans in keeping the franchise going. Daniel says no and he has no plans as of this point.

Daniel spent most of his life playing the Harry Potter role. He played the role since he was a little child obviously so let the guy move on already! He is probably sick of it and wants to move on to other projects.
Why did J.K. write that story (which I plan on reading soon)? Is she planning on continuing the books?
I would say that I am a Harry Potter fan. I’ve read all the books and seen all the movies. I know the stories are aimed for young children and women but I dig the stories and the characters. I think Dumbledore and Voldemort are great characters.
I also visited the Harry Potter theme park at Universal Studios in Orlando one year and it was amazing stuff. I didn’t buy anything there… just enjoyed the look-around.
As a fan of the Harry Potter books and the movies, I have Emma Watson’s official facebook page “liked”, so I can add a little more eye candy for my enjoyment. This is Emma Watson, famous for playing Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series. She’s not a little girl anymore, she’s 22 now. She’s older and looking pretty fine.
I like the Harry Potter franchise myself and just like most fans, I wish J.K. Rowling would keep the series going.
J.K. Rowling’s publisher, Little Brown & Co. has revealed plot details of her next book aimed at adult readers. The title is, “The Casual Vacancy”, and the plot will stay far away from the wizard stuff. Totally different!
The story will be taken place in the UK in a town called, Pagford. Taken from the article, “It opens with the sudden death of a popular man whose unexpected demise shocks the town, which is described as far more menacing than its pretty facade would indicate.
The publisher said that in reality Pagford is “a town at war” with rich people fighting the poor, parents battling their teenagers, and wives in conflict with their husbands.”
The book will be getting released, Sept. 27th.

Very cool, looking forward to reading it. We’ll see how well it sells with it not being Harry Potter and all. Do you think she can still be a successful writer, even if she’s done with Harry Potter? We’ll have to wait and see what happens. If the book doesn’t sell well and it fails, oh well. She made tons of money with the Harry Potter franchise, so I’m sure she’s no longer worried about being a best selling author anymore. She continues to write ’cause that is what she does and I’m sure she doesn’t want to write Harry Potter for the rest of her life. Writers have to write different things.
The Oscars gave all three of the LOTR a nod at the nominations, but “Return of the King”, actually won Best Picture that year. Harry Potter? Nothing.
Well, Harry Potter may have gotten small nominations over the years like best editing, sounds effects, makeup, etc. but Harry Potter franchise, never got any major nominations. Now that the Harry Potter franchise is all done and over with, there is no chance for Oscars. No chance for “Best Picture”, “Director”, “Actor/Actress”, etc.
While I do love all the Harry Potter films, none of them are best picture worthy. They could have been if they were written better and directed better. There are actually a few actors in the Harry Potter series that I wish could have gotten a nod like Richard Harris who played Dumbledore, and Alan Rickman who played Professor Snape should have gotten something too. I also thought Ralph Fiennes did a great job playing Voldermort.
I do agree that Harry Potter was snubbed a lot though. Sad, but that’s the way it is. It’s Hollywood.
Ever since author, J.K. Rowling, finished writing the Harry Potter series, she hasn’t released a new novel since. It’s been 5 years since she hasn’t released a new book. That’s okay for her, ’cause she doesn’t need to release books as much anymore. She have made a fortune out of the Harry Potter books and I’m pretty sure she gets paid for the movies, that includes payments from the Harry Potter theme parks at both Universal Studios. She’s an extremely rich woman that she doesn’t need to write anymore if she doesn’t want to. I guess, she is continuing to write ’cause writing is her passion.
She has signed a book deal with Little, Brown publishing company to release her next book in the U.S. and the U.K. This will be her first novel for adult readers only and her focus in the novel could be away from magic and Wizards that she’s known for. It’s going to be a different genre even if details haven’t been released yet.

What genre is the next book going to be? Since it’s going to be an adult story, not for children. It might be a romance novel, that might be pretty racy and sexual. Or it could be a horror novel or mystery, something like that.
I can definitely see it being away from Fantasy novels ’cause she’s done the Fantasy thing for so long with Harry Potter. I can’t blame her for wanting to do something different finally. It’ll be interesting to see what she has in store for us, and I’ll be looking forward to this book, no matter what genre it is.
Warner Bros. just released a shocking press release saying that they will pull all Harry Potter films off the shelves and will no longer release future projects. Yes, that even includes, “The Deathly Hollows part 2”. They will do this starting, Dec. 29th. Warner Bros. refuses to explain why in their press release.
Read it here, at Deadline.
These Harry Potter films made billions of dollars over the years and they helped make J.K. Rowling become one of the richest women in the world because of them. Now they are trashing DVD/Blu Ray releases of Harry Potter?
How are fans are going to watch Harry Potter after, Dec. 29th?
I’m a Harry Potter fan myself, loved the books and the movies. Did Warner Bros. make a deal with Netflix to make the Harry Potter films streamable?
With Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 2 coming out this weekend, Warner Bros. just released this video in youtube giving you a look back at the earlier 7 films. This is a great video Warner Bros. put together. I liked it.
I’m a huge Harry Potter fan, so I’m definitely looking forward to seeing “Deathly Hollows part 2” but will see it sometime next week, not this week.
