Not a Cool Video: Barack Obama makes fun of the mental retardation on Jay Leno last night…

Oh my. Did President Obama screw his first TV appearance on a talk show or what? He just went on “The Tonight Show” and made fun of the Special Olympics. It was a joke, I know, he did this to make fun of himself of his bowling skills but I actually agree with TMZ for once, that if Bush said it, everyone would hate him for it, and the public will stay behind Obama’s side 100%. There’s a double standard there.

Barack Nobama continues to show that he is the wrong guy for President, see it here for yourself, I did watch Jay Leno last night:

Presidents are supposed to care about the mentally retardation, not make fun of them and not bash ’em. I vote IMPEACH BARACK OBAMA!

I never make fun of mentally retarded people ’cause it’s wrong. It’s wrong, offensive, and immature. The special people can’t help what they are, because they were born that way.

Of course, there will be mixed opinions on this incident. Some people will find Barack’s joke hilarious, and some will find it offfensive. Well, I find it offensive.

I was never the type of guy to make fun of people, it’s just something I don’t do. When you’re an adult in the real world, it’s a childish thing to do to be a high school bully right now.

  1. You’re absolutely right. Retard jokes are not cool. This is 2009. We, as a collective society, should’ve moved in a more positive direction by now. I will say that chink jokes are always funny though.

How do you blindfold a chink?

    Dental Floss!!

  3. It was pretty bad for Barack to say that; as president, you just can’t say crap like that. I think he just got sucked into the lax conversation and slipped in an incredibly offensive comment.

Of course, I don’t think that really qualifies as a reason for impeachment; in fact, that would be more ridiculous than the comment itself.

  4. Obama apologized and it will blow over. What he SHOULD have said was “I bowled like I’m in the Special Olympics.” then saved face by saying “I was distracted by all the balloons. THOSE PEOPLE get excited about balloons for 10 hours at a time.” Oh…. the luxury.

It’s important to remember that when he speaks, he speaks for all of us, Kev. Those people are YOUR PEOPLE.

  6. I just found this blog and it is interesting and covers many diverse topics. Good blogging.

I see in the news that one of these people have challenged B.Hussein Obama to a bowling competition and said he will beat the president!
This guy may be good at bowling but unfortunately has two strikes against him(get it? “strikes”): he is in the special olympics and is black like the president. I feel bad for the prejudiced life he has had and now the president is even being cruel and prejudiced.
    That is WRONG.
Apology or not, they should reverse everything Obama has done because of this and if he tries it again impeach him like Brock n Roll Entertainment says! Give Hussein Obama one chance, though, but just one.
    Good blog post on this.
(source of the challenge is from TMZ and they have pictures so it’s true)

  7. I didn’t find it offensive at all. Time for some perspective, what’s the big deal that everyone is making about this? I’m sure that retarded people thought it was funny, I mean they know they don’t bowl well. Some of these guys can’t pee without someone holding it for them. Otherwise they’d pee all over the floor, or down their legs. Man I would hate to be the one paid eight bucks an hour to hold retarded people’s pee pees! Obama’s connecting with them on a personal level by saying that he’s a terrible bowler too, they relate to that. If retarded people aren’t offended, why should I be?

  8. He has hurt many families in America. He needs to say he is sorry in the public, not to some organization.

During the campaign for the White House in 2008, the media criticized Palin for being ‘common,’ ‘not-polished,’ ‘not-compassionate’ and ‘not presidential.’ However, compare Sarah Palins attitude in this video created three weeks ago for the Special Olympics in Boise, Idaho.

You decide the more ‘presidential’ among them:

  9. If Bush had said that he would be ridiculed by the press…but B Hussein gets a pass,,,what a surprise

  11. Well you have to keep in mind that the scrutiny Bush received from the media was from constant failures and disregard for the American public. Obama has been president only 2 months and has received more scrutiny than any other president in his first 100 days; I don’t think Obama should be treated as though he was responsible for all the major mistakes/failures/bad leadership actions that Bush did.

By the way Rudedog, I’m pretty sure the President goes by Barack. Unless, I guess, you are trying to emphasize that Barack Obama has the last name of Saddam for his middle name, which is really just kind of fun trivia for a future Jeopardy game show, as opposed to having any real meaning or implication whatsoever.
