Ummm… Rio de Jeneiro has close to the same population as New York City, but Brazil’s largest city São Paulo is twice the population. This picture is from one of the older parts of the city, if you Google image search Rio you’d see it’s a world class metropolitan area with real skyscrapers and everything. And beaches. Can’t forget the topless beaches with the hot Brazilian T Girls. T means “topless.”

It is a much poorer city. I’ve been there. The scenery is beautiful but the poverty level is high.
