Report: 50 Cent explains why he dropped out of Stallone’s “The Expendables”…

Rapper 50 Cent, explains why he had to pull out of “The Expendables”, after Stallone announced he was replacing Forest Whitaker. The reason? 50 Cent has nothing against Stallone, he has nothing against the script or the movie itself. Sounds like 50 Cent really wanted to do the film but his rap music career pretty much forced him out of it. 50 Cent just completed his new rap album, “Before I Self Destruct” with Dr. Dre and Eminem, he realized that he doesn’t have time to film a movie.

50 Cent will probably do a lot of promoting/marketing and even tour in support of his new album. That is what forced him out of the movie. 50 Cent has been replaced by Terry Crews to play the Hale Caesar role.

Rapper 50 sent says “no” to starring in, “The Expendables” with Stallone. Former NFL star, Terry Crews, says “yes” he is in.

Terry Crews is not a well known actor, but he has starred in many films in the past, doing mostly supporting roles. Not really big roles but small roles. He was in movies such as “Training Day”, “Starsky and Hutch” (remake), “The Longest Yard”, “Get Smart”, “The 6th Day”, and he will have a role in the upcoming, “Terminator: Salvation”. I think Terry Crews is a much better choice!

Report: Forest Whitaker pulls out of “The Expendables”, 50 Cent to take over role?

Actor Forest Whitaker, announced he has pulled out of Stallone’s next movie, “The Expendables”, due to scheduling conflicts. Stallone says he is in negotiations with rapper 50 Cent, to take over the role.

Disappointing news, I was looking forward to seeing Sly and Forest team up. I don’t agree with 50 Cent being in the movie. My pick would be either Denzel Washington or Jamie Foxx.
