Report: “Weird Al” finally parodies Lady Gaga…

You just knew it was going to happen at some point, it was only a matter of time. “Weird Al” finally parodies the Gaga! You just never knew what hit song of hers he would parody like “Pokerface” or “Bad Romance”, but instead it ended up being, “Born This Way”. He titled it, “Perform this Way”, in which he totally rips her in the song.

A bit of controversy came over this though. Al Yankovic tried to ask her permission and he was misunderstood that he was rejected by her.

Thought: What took so long for everyone to figure out Lady Gaga was ripping off Madonna?

So Lady Gaga released her new single, “Born This Way” yesterday. Everyone immediately  saw that Lady Gaga ripped that song off Madonna. Hate to burst your bubble, Gaga fans, but Gaga have been ripping Madonna off from the very beginning. Not just, “Born This Way”, pretty much every Gaga song sounds like Madonna. Gaga even borrowed from Madge’s image too. I was liking Gaga up until, “Born This Way”, it’s not a good song at all, it just didn’t grab me this time.

I don’t see these two being friends for long. Be ready for a plagiarism lawsuit, Gaga.

Report: Ozzy slams Lady Gaga and I have something to say about it!!!

In an interview with US Magazine, Ozzy Osbourne was asked, what career advice he would have for the current stars out there. Ozzy immediately had an answer for that and decides to slam Lady Gaga. The new superstar, Lady Gaga who just released two albums, “The Fame”, and “The Fame Monster”. She is also widely known for her crazy and very expensive fashion for her concerts. She not only wears that stuff at  her concerts, she even wears crazy fashion everywhere she goes. Ozzy accused her of being too overexposed and need to take a break for a while. He admits he’s pretty sick of her and annoyed of the clothes she wears.

Lady Gaga, too over exposed? LOL! Ozzy shouldn’t be talking when he is way more overexposed than her. Ozzy have never even taken a break from music ever since he started with Black Sabbath in the 70’s. Also, Ozzy has his share of being a fashion nut too. Ozzy keeps coming out with a new album after album, with a different guitarist and also to add to that, “The Osbournes” TV show which made his entire family famous. So Lady Gaga, too overexposed and Ozzy isn’t? Ozzy’s been around for years, he already destroyed his career by doing “The Osbournes” TV show.

Gaga is more successful than Ozzy these days, so I think Ozzy is clearly nothing but jealous of her. 🙂

Report: Lady Gaga claims she’s celibate, but I’m not buying it…

Do you think a crazy woman like Lady Gaga loves to party hard and have lots of sex? Think again. She revealed to the public that she’s not that type of woman at all. She reveals that she doesn’t have sex at all and prefers to stay single for most of her life.

While she does bring up a lot of valid points, somehow I think she’s lying about not having sex and wanting to stay single. I do agree with her on most things though. Is that you don’t need to be in a rush to get married, have sex and have kids. It is not a pathetic way of living to stay single for most of your life. If that’s how you want to live your life by choice, that’s fine, go for it. Live your life how you want to. There is more to life than just sex ’cause there is too many people obsessed with sex these days.

I’m still single by choice. I can go out and get myself a nice lady anytime, but I’m happy the way I am.

Playing guitar and working out is pretty much all I want to do. A relationship will take all that time away from ya. If people call you pathetic for living that way, who cares what other people think. Live life and be happy.

Kids are in such a rush to get married, get laid and have kids these days. That’s not where I want to be. All this soap opera and drama in relationships gives me a big headache anyways,  it would be a nightmare for me. I’ll settle down in a relationship with a woman when the time is right and whenever the right person comes along.

Report: Soundgarden, Lady Gaga and Green Day to headline Lollapalooza…

This year’s Lollapalooza is HUGE. Very impressive lineup. I’m liking it a lot. Other than Soundgarden being one of the headliners, Lady Gaga and Green Day will also headline. Other surprising acts that made the lineup: Phoenix, Social Distortion, Wolfmother, Metric and Erykha Badu.

While this year’s line up is very impressive, Green Day doesn’t fit the bill. Green Day is a bad choice. Soundgarden, Lady Gaga, and Green Day just doesn’t ring. Soundgarden and Lady Gaga is good, but get Green Day the hell off. I don’t like Green Day anymore.

I would rather have Alice In Chains be Green Day’s replacement.

The question you have to ask is, why is Lady Gaga headlining a rock music festival when she’s not rock, it’s pop? Well, if you listen to Lady Gaga’s songs, they do have an arena rock vibe to them. Any rock n’ roll band can cover her songs and make them rock songs. Lady Gaga’s music has a lot of rock influence. She’s very tight and energetic. I think she fits the bill perfectly.

Anyways, when will local act, Phantogram, ever get on a Lollapalooza slot? I can definitely see Phantogram getting booked for Lollapalooza one day and it would be great for them. I’m sure they will make it there if we can somehow get Phantogram’s music to Perry Ferrell’s attention. I believe Perry himself books all the bands since it’s his festival.

Edit to add: Now that Erykha Badu is booked for Lollapalooza this year, you also gotta wonder if she will strip naked on stage when she performs her new song “Window Seat” there. Will Perry Ferrell allow that? I think he would. 🙂 Knowing how crazy Perry really is and that man loves to party!

Report: Lady Gaga plans to stick around music for a very long time…

Lady Gaga wants to let fans know that she doesn’t plan on quitting the music business anytime soon. She reveals she’ll still be doing music even when she’s in her 50’s in the future, like Madonna for example.

That’s good. The more Gaga, the better. I have her first two albums, “The Fame”, and “The Fame Monster”. She’s great music to workout to. I don’t like much of today’s music but Lady Gaga is who I love as a music artist. I’ll be getting every album she comes out with now. I one day hope, will get my chance to see her live in concert as well. Big fan.

Report: Lady Gaga to star the lead in Quentin Tarantino’s romantic/comedy film?

Remember the report that Quentin Tarantino has plans to make a romantic comedy film next? Well look like, Tarantino has already started casting. Pop star, Lady Gaga, is in talks to star the leading role in Quentin Tarantino’s next film. The article fails to say what movie it is, but I assume that it’s Tarantino’s romantic comedy film that he’s planning.

This shows that it is a possibility that John Travolta could be re-teaming with Tarantino but could it be this movie? Get the clue, Lady Gaga has something to do with song and dance, so does John Travolta. John is also a singer and dancer. Are we going to see a John Travolta and Lady Gaga dance scene for the next film? I wouldn’t be surprised that John Travolta could get the male lead, and you shouldn’t be surprised either.

This would be a great acting comeback for John too, to work with Tarantino again.

Report: Ozzy admits to liking Lady Gaga in his autobiography…

In Ozzy’s book, “I Am Ozzy”, the Black Sabbath man actually admits to liking Lady Gaga’s music while discussing today’s music industry in a chapter. He knows that most of today’s music is fake and manufactured, but he actually finds a lot of talent in Lady Gaga.

I agree with the Ozzman. Today’s pop music maybe fake and manufactured, all of it, but once in a while someone with real talent will actually come around. I think Lady Gaga is pretty amazing and suddenly became a huge fan of hers. Her songs has a rock n’ roll vibe to them in so many ways.

If Lady Gaga ever came around Albany to play the Times Union Center, you can definitely count me there. I hope she’ll play for us Albany peeps at some point. I don’t think she has yet. She fucking rules. Ten times better than Madonna and Britney Spears, for sure.

I admit it, I actually like Lady Gaga…

I know I bashed her for quite a while…but I have a confession to make, that I actually like her after all this time. She’s talented, she looks good, she dresses very unique which is what I like, etc. Plus, more importantly her songs are fucking tight. Today, I picked up her two albums, “The Fame” and “The Fame Monster”. I don’t like techno/electronica female pop that much, but Lady Gaga is pretty much the only one worth listening to. Her songs are actually catchy and you can listen to them. I just want some fun upbeat and fast music to workout to, and Lady Gaga is indeed, perfect workout music for your Ipods at the gym. She will really make you work out with more intensity. This is serious. I’m not joking around.

Roisin Murphy is above, Lady Gaga below. Look at the sunglasses. Notice the similarities? Almost an exact close match. Roisin is an electronica pop star from Ireland. She says she’s been ripped off by Lady Gaga.
