BREAKING NEWS: Yoko loses lawsuit battle against use of “Imagine” for Ben Stein’s movie…

Oh my, it’s very rare that Yoko loses to a lawsuit battle out of all the millions of lawsuits she files over the years, but yep, this is one of the ones she loses after filing it herself with her sons Julian and Sean.

The judge says “no” to winning the rights because he proves the song “Imagine” being used for the film that it’s in the favor of a “fair use” doctrine. Which basically means, if the song is in use for criticism and commentary, it is not an infrigement of copyright.

  1. She ruined that band like clazy.
That was a band that was great. Screw her and the Divine Wind she rode in on. She treats one son real good like a “namba wan san” and the other one like a piece of gaijin garbage.
She is pitiful. She should commit seppuku for dishonoring her husband.
I rememebr seeing clips of them together and she didnt even walk 3 steps behind him, she never wore all that cool white makeup like they’re supposed to. I knew she was trouble right from the beginning. You could just tell, ya know?
I gotta say, though. Damn, Yoko! For a Nip you got some ginormous Mt.Fujis there!

  2. Millions of lawsuits! I bet she’s rich! I kinda wish she won this one, though, cause that Ben Stein is one of them devious “international bankers” if you know what I mean, and I hate to see a money grubbing prevert like him getting more richer off of John Lennon’s music. Even though he had his horns surgically removed, he still can’t hide the hook.
