Report: Patrick Swayze with pancreatic cancer, a year later and still alive!!!

In his first public interview with Barbara Walters, actor Patrick Swayze admits to being scared, angry and even wonders, “Why me?” about his pancreatic cancer. While he still has the cancer, he vows to fight it so he can survive. Although the man still has the cancer, he is still acting. Lately, he’s been working on a new TV series for A&E called “The Beast”, a drama show. He says that even though his life is in danger, he is not giving up, staying strong and still enjoying life the best he can.

More on it here:

I hope Patrick doesn’t die and I hope he successfully cures the cancer soon. If Patrick dies this year, I don’t know what the film and TV industry would be like without him. Lets pray for him, he’s still young and still got a lot to live for. Keep fighting it Patrick!!!

  1. Clearly my boyfriend, who is a doctor (he went to medical school and everything!) was wrong when we had the conversation about pancreatic cancer, and how it is incurable.

I will let him know that everything he knows about medicine is wrong, because The Brock says so.

  3. There are people out there that has survived pancreatic cancer, I’m doing research in google and I’ll make a blog post about people who survived the canceer. If you really think people can’t survive pancreatic cancer, then I think your boyfriend doctor needs to go back to medical school. I will prove you wrong.

  5. Brock, once again you are spot on! The article does say that 95% die within 6 – 9 months, that means 5% last longer than that. I’m sure Amanda’s doctor boyfriend got his “medical degree” at some back alley center that sells enchiladas and velvet jesus’ out of the front of the store in Tijuana. At this “medical school”, Allison’s husband was known as ‘Chico’.
