The Hollywood Reporter reports that “12 Years A Slave” star, Lupita Nyong’o is in talks for a major female lead for “Star Wars Episode VII”. Her character is kept under-wraps for now but I heard a lot of rumors for a long while now that the leading character for “Star Wars Episode VII” will be a black female Jedi. That’s what I heard, look it up.

If it’s true that she’ll be playing a Jedi, Luke Skywalker will probably end up being her mentor/master, I bet. Will we see Lupita vs. Adam Driver’s villain character in light-saber battles???

“Star Wars Episode VII” is obviously looking for a younger cast but when will we ever get a confirmation where Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill are going to be in the film? I guess, JJ is just waiting for the right time.

I still haven’t seen “12 Years A Slave” yet but gonna get around to it soon.
